As it become headache for the employees towork more than 8 or 9 hours a day. **What do you dislike about Abacus?** They have set very high KPIs for incentives. So that's the only thing which I don't appreciate. **What problems is Abacus solving and how is that benefiting you?** A person could get benefits of bonus if he/she is hardly be able to achieve target of KPIs. Their salary package for international campaign is good. ### 7. I was able to easily navigate the system to complete tasks and assignments as well as to set up groups with my students. **What do you dislike about Abacus?** Student submission does not always work or is easy for students to use. My students were not able to upload documents easily (wrong format, too big, processed for too long). **Recommendations to others considering Abacus:** Do your research and explore the tools prior to implementation. **What problems is Abacus solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Abacus for my student caseload in school counseling. It allows me to keep track of student progress, etc. It is great for keeping everything together in one place. It also streamlines my record keeping.
