Paraglide has significantly reduced the manual workload in our Accounts Receivable process. It helps manage inbound customer queries, automates routine responses, and keeps follow-ups consistent, which has strengthened both team efficiency and cash collection discipline. Previously, we spent a significant amount of time chasing customers who hadn't paid, and the automated payment reminders we used were not effective. Since switching to Paraglide, our customers now pay on time, and we spend far less time following up on overdue accounts. The Billing support agent has also automated most of the invoice queries that used to fill our finance inbox. Paraglide has been a game-changer for our finance operations. After implementing Paraglide we reduced DSO by over 30% and we have significantly less work to do in our finance-inbox. We used to have two full time persons working in our finance-inbox replying to customers queries, now we have one part time person doing it. Now AI is handling the majority of cases and our finance operations team can focus on other more value adding tasks. We have also had very positive feedback from customers success, as they like that they can get full overview of their accounts and spend less time chasing customers for payments.
