**What do you like best about Paraglide?**

Our shared inbox used to be a constant source of stress—hundreds of billing queries, duplicate threads, and no clear prioritisation. Since implementing Paraglide, we’ve been able to automate a large portion of our billing queries, especially common requests like invoice copies, payment confirmations, and basic disputes.

The biggest win for us has been reaching something close to inbox zero on a daily basis Paraglide handles the repetitive back-and-forth, and only escalates what actually needs human judgment. We’ve also seen a noticeable improvement in how quickly customers pay. Faster, more accurate responses mean fewer delays and less friction in the payment process. It’s honestly transformed how our AR function operates.

**What do you dislike about Paraglide?**

Nothing major, they have a great CS team navigating our complex billing workflows.

**What do you like best about Paraglide?**

I use Paraglide for handling invoices and DSO, and I really appreciate how it keeps track of all customer communications related to invoicing and collections. I like the simplicity of its interface and, more importantly, that it actually works. It helps us improve our time to getting paid, which keeps our cash balance at good levels. The quick implementation was a big plus because we didn't want to get stuck in long projects without ROI. Additionally, the team was helpful in the setup, getting us up and running in 2-3 weeks, with a direct impact on DSO being one of the main benefits.

Paraglide transformed our Accounts Receivable operations. Their AI agents now handle the majority of our billing queries, and overdue customers are followed up automatically in a way that feels human.

Nothing to mention today. The product is evolving quickly.

We used to be drowning in billing email. With Paraglide, we reached inbox-zero for the first time in five years, only a week after the onboarding. My team handles hundreds of incoming billing emails from customers every week. Our shared finance inbox was absolute chaos. Customers ignored our automated payment reminders, and we simply didn’t have time to write personalised emails. Since we started using Paraglide, we’ve finally gotten time back to focus on other things, and customers are actually paying us on time. Honestly, I can’t imagine going back.

I like how Paraglide automates the collections outreach and responses, flipping the equation for us by ensuring every customer now gets timely follow-ups. Queries are handled instantly without any manual effort from our team, which allows us to get paid faster and recover cash we previously wouldn't have touched. It has unlocked a segment of revenue that was effectively lost before. The initial setup was also very easy, making our transition smoother.

**What do you like best about Paraglide?**

Paraglide has significantly reduced the manual workload in our Accounts Receivable process. It helps manage inbound customer queries, automates routine responses, and keeps follow-ups consistent, which has strengthened both team efficiency and cash collection discipline. It has been especially valuable in reducing delays, improving visibility, and bringing more structure and consistency to our overall AR operations. Integration was quick and straightforward.

Nothing so far. The experience has only been positive so far.

Before this solution, our AR follow-up process was entirely manual—spreadsheets, email reminders, and constantly chasing internal teams for status updates. Now it’s automated, centralized, and measurable. We’ve experienced faster payment cycles, clearer customer communication, and significantly fewer overdue invoices. Our DSO has improved, and the finance team can now work far more efficiently and with better visibility into what’s outstanding.

**What do you like best about Paraglide?**

Previously, we spent a significant amount of time chasing customers who hadn't paid, and the automated payment reminders we used were not effective. Since switching to Paraglide, our customers now pay on time, and we spend far less time following up on overdue accounts. The Billing support agent has also automated most of the invoice queries that used to fill our finance inbox. Additionally, we now have a much clearer overview of our accounts receivable and can track progress much more effectively than before.

**What do you dislike about Paraglide?**

There are no significant drawbacks when transitioning from a non-agentic solution. Since this is a relatively new product, I anticipate it will continue to improve as time goes on.

Paraglide has helped us address the challenge of following up with customers who have outstanding invoice receivables. In the past, this was a task that required significant manual effort, but now Paraglide has made the process much more manageable for us.

**What do you like best about Paraglide?**

Paraglide has been a game-changer for our finance operations. After implementing Paraglide we reduced DSO by over 30% and we have significantly less work to do in our finance-inbox. We used to have two full time persons working in our finance-inbox replying to customers queries, now we have one part time person doing it. Now AI is handling the majority of cases and our finance operations team can focus on other more value adding tasks. We have also had very positive feedback from customers success, as they like that they can get full overview of their accounts and spend less time chasing customers for payments. The implementation was smooth and we went live within a few days. Overall, I cannot recommend more. Our team use the product every day.

**What do you like best about Paraglide?**

Paraglide has been a real game-changer for us. We’ve tried AR tools before, but they mostly relied on one-way reminders that customers ignored. With Paraglide we have been able to manage both the inbound and outbound, replying to inbound billing queries as well as chasing customers for payments in a way that feels human. Our collections has significantly improved and we spend much less time replying to queries and chasing invoices. We went live within a few days. The service is amazing!
