PappAI is nutrition software for nutritionists and dietitians in private practice or clinical settings. It combines diet planning software, nutrition practice management and a patient app in one platform, so professionals spend less time on spreadsheets and admin and more time with their clients. Personalized meal planning and diet plans. Every patient has a structured record with anthropometric data, body measurements, health history, goals and dietary habits. PappAI calculates energy requirements and macronutrient distribution automatically. An AI assistant drafts personalized meal plans and suggests foods and substitutions that match the patient's preferences, intolerances and goals. The nutritionist chooses, edits and approves every item, and can reuse plans as templates to build new diets faster. Nutrition analysis based on scientific data. The food composition database is built on CREA, USDA, CIQUAL and BEDCA, and every food keeps a link to its original source. Nutrient totals are recalculated live while the plan is edited, which gives professionals a reliable basis for accurate nutrition analysis. Patient engagement and adherence tracking. With the companion patient app for iOS and Android, clients keep a food diary, log weight, measurements and progress photos, and receive meal reminders. The data appears on the nutritionist's dashboard in real time. Professionals can monitor dietary adherence between appointments and adjust the plan as soon as it is needed. Nutrition practice management. PappAI covers the practice's daily admin: online appointment booking, Google and Outlook calendar sync, client management, granular GDPR consent tracking, Italian electronic invoicing (SdI and Sistema Tessera Sanitaria) and patient payments through Stripe or SumUp.
