What do you like best about Papirfly DAM & Templated Content Creation?

Papirfly is a super-comprehensive brand management platform and portal that allows us to have a single source of truth for our complex employer brand - the wide offering of self-service options enables us to maintain a single source of governance for brand and easily make updates and additions. The creator templates empower our teams to make their own customized assets while being able to maintain brand standards or employing design agencies which has exponentially increased brand advocacy while saving time and money. The dedicated service team is wonderfully responsive and supportive, and are constantly making improvements to the tool and working to find solutions to make the portal work for us. What do you dislike about Papirfly DAM & Templated Content Creation?

The reporting capabilities aren't as expansive as we would like to see, but that is in the process of being improved. There is definitely a learning curve to the platform and some parts of the backend experience that benefit from a higher degree of technical saavy, but overall the platform is very user-friendly. Papirfly centralizes and streamlines the brand governance process with minimal effort. The templates have allowed us to exponentially increase team advocacy, which has increased our brand footprint and awareness in the market - the built-in guardrails remove the tedious process of developing/editing/delivering assets to the team, empowering teams to manage this on their own. The whole team is super helpful and always available, therefore we can rely not only on ample possibilities of Brand Master portal, but also a partner, that will guide us with all the updates. What do you dislike about Papirfly DAM & Templated Content Creation?

The system itself is quite complex, so it takes some time to get used to it. Also not all the options are completely user-friendly, so some additional consultation is needed from time to time - which obviously costs extra money. What problems is Papirfly DAM & Templated Content Creation solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are managing a complex and diverse region with many languages and local activities we simply cannot handle by ourselves. We use Brand Master (Papirfly) portal as a center of all marketing assets for our CEE franchisees. We just upload what we need (ideally in templates form) and it's available for them to use anytime, without our involvement. Thanks to templates it's more than just another cloud for us. The platform does not only enable to implement our corporate design worldwide in an easy and user friendly. We also use the tool as a digital asset management system for all assets on our homepage. Papirfly is always open to suggestions for changes and further development together with us. We are mainly in contact with two customer success managers and feel very well supported. Every now and then minor errors or technical problems occur. Most of them are fixed very quickly, but sometimes it happens that the errors reappear afterwards. Papirfly usually takes care of solutions or shows alternatives as soon as they are reported. Unfortunately, the reporting is not very detailed. However, we know that it is being worked on. We are an international group, acting in 33 countries worldwide. With Papirfly we are able to build up a general but also country oriented solution for all company assets and documents. I am very satisfied with both the system and the customer service, but there are some small improvements that could be made. For example, an improvement could be that the person who uploads a picture also receives the message that consent is missing. For more advanced settings, you have to go into admin, which can be somewhat confusing. The cover design makes it a bit confusing for non-Cop users. They think they should click on the logos, but should actually click on links in the menu bar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
