The software is way too buggy, it does not feel like a solution that is used by big companies for several years, more like it is still in a beta phase. And it also takes way to long to fix major problems/bugs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To provide digital brand guidelines as single source of truth to educate all employees about the brand and the corporate design. And to enable 10000 user in more than 500 locations in 25 countries to allocate, create and use marketing materials provided by the headquarters as efficiently as possible. The tool allows you to create templates for all your digital and offline assets. This ensures that whatever your users create is on brand and doesn't need to be approved. Additionally it saves time and money as you can eliminate agencies Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Papirfly DAM & Templated Content Creation?

It can take a bit of time to get the templates created. Their new video tool is very useful but lacks some advanced options that other tools do provide. But having it all-in-one is a big plus Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Papirfly DAM & Templated Content Creation?

- Easy to navigate the software/portal

- Nice layout and graphics

- Love the ability to share links to photos, but miss the option to share a set of photos

- Normally quick response time from support - especially from Fabian Farrag Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Papirfly DAM & Templated Content Creation?

- Would like to see a face recognition function, to make it quicker to tag people and find relevant pictures. Look at how Google has done it in their Photos app.

- When uploading an image or video to a folder with GDPR Concent activated, the user is not prompted to ask for consent or state that no consent is necessary. As a result, many forget, and the images will be marked with "missing consent".

- Missing a function to create a virtual folder with assets that I can easily share with others, like an album of images. This would be handy if e.g. a journalist needs pictures to choose from for an article, or after a big event I would like to send photos from the event to people who attended. Would be great to be able to create an album and share the album instead of having to share each photo individually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Papirfly DAM & Templated Content Creation?

The tool is great, it enables a lot of autonomy for local teams to use always on-brand assets. However, what elevates the tool to a next level is their support team.

We are always amazed by this level of response: quick, attentive, responsive and always helpful. They help you make the tool work to meet your needs, and they are also interested in unlocking more opportunities for you. We feel that no matter what we ask, whatever we need, they will answer quickly and will help us make it happen.

The whole team is great, but for me there is one person that goes above and beyond, and that person is Katrina Hawker. She is a superstar - I hope the folks at Papirfly know they have an amazing person working for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We work in Talent Marketing at IBM. Papirfly helps us by enabling local teams to use always on-brand assets to promote IBM externally. What do you like best about Papirfly DAM & Templated Content Creation?

Clear campaign module - and finally got skilled contacts who understand our business, comprehend, and assist in creating relevant examples. For instance, Anniken quickly prepared some examples that I could present at an event for retailers. This made it more motivating for me to start working actively with the templates. Additionally, we managed to create interest among the retailers who are now requesting templates and want to market more locally :-) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Papirfly DAM & Templated Content Creation?

Experienced a period where the contact persons we had did not understand our needs and our organization. As if no energy had been spent on understanding it - and meetings were poorly prepared. This has improved.

The system itself is probably good - but with us, there are many cooks and a lot of mess in the catalogs. No consistent system. That's why I like the campaign module where I can gather everything in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
