The layout of options is clear and concise and you never have to wonder what menu to choose to find the option you are looking to use. There is also the benfit of not having too many menus with a million different sub categories under each tab. We believe the streamlined structure of the program is what makes it so easy to navigate. They provide you with several different screen options so you can customize what is on your welcome screen based off of what options you use the most frequently, or that are most relevant to you and your company. This helps to filter out those options that don't apply to your sector. Forexample, as a non-profit company, we do not need to have any revenue or sales menus to track performance where as most other businesses would need those. The most helpful part of this program has been the ease of keeping track of hours logged across the board of hundreds of employees in various locations as well as those working remotely is very easy using this program and has been a major help throughout all the changes we have made due to covid-19. We have had to restructure the daily basis of our organiztaion and how we function and Papershift has made this possible, regardless of where each of our employees is working from. The price for the use of this program is also not bad at all in comparison to similar products out there that do the same thing, or perform similar funstions. **What do you dislike about Papershift?** There is not much that we don't like about the program. Maybe it could use more frequent updates to help any bugs or prevent software from lagging. It would also be great if it was more compatible between different programs that others use frequently like Excel or Apple products. Almost oall of our staff has Iphones now and their have been several complaints about their timesheets not being easily views on their phones. In addition, we don't alweays see their requests for time off when they input those dates through their phone. All of our Android users seem to be relatively happy using the mobile platform version of paprshift. **Recommendations to others considering Papershift:** Make sure that you are on one server and that you're remote employees are using the same OS for their phones if they will be using the mobile platforms to help minimize the lagging or refreshing issues that we encountered. **What problems is Papershift solving and how is that benefiting you?** There have been two or three times in our first year where we received errors between multiple users. For example, one of us is entering time for an employee and another manager seeing that it has been entered for an hour or so. It may just be a refreshing issue or something to do with too many users being logged in ataonce, but I am not sure. It could, of course, always have something to do with our internet connection speed and quality. Some of our users work of verizon fios, while others are using cox internet servers. In addition, the quality of the user experience could also vary based off of what server they are assigned to. Because of the issues that we did experience while utilizing Papershift for roughly 18 months, we have switched to paychex to better suit our ever-changing needs. ### 2. I would choose Papershift again anytime, it made monitoring easier for us. The personnel files are to be filled out individually so that we are informed relatively quickly about all important information from employees. This can be used to prepare for great employee interviews. Please keep it up. **What do you dislike about Papershift?** Because of our size, Papershift is a bit slow when switching pages. **What problems is Papershift solving and how is that benefiting you?** Papershift helps us to compensate for sickness and holiday absences. Furthermore, all of our work is planned via Papershift, so that every employee knows at all times what tasks they have for the day. ### 3. As an administrator, it's also easy to set up, and they offer tons of free training material online. It also helped us eliminate the use of paper in employee management and proved easier than implementing a new system (even though we're a software house) **What do you dislike about Papershift?** The pricing is a little steep, and it doesn't offer an on-prem solution. Other than that, it was a great tool to use. **What problems is Papershift solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used Papershift for managing employee leaves, timesheets, and absences. ### 4.
