What do you like best about Paperform?

I've researched and used a few other solutions before discovering Paperform, and so far Paperform has been the only one that offered features and integrations that tend to all of my needs. I usually work with very long and complex forms and Paperform's simple interface makes it a lot easier. Also, Paperform communicates really well with Zapier, which was one of my main issues before I started working with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paperform?

When I need to ask questions that have a lot of multiple-choice answers, it would be nice to have more customization options, like a dropdown with a search bar and such. I would also like to have an option to keep partial submissions for responders in case they lose connection or can't answer everything all at once, so they can start where they left off instead of having to start all over again.
