Pando can explore scope of suggesting users on improving data accuracy. **What problems is Pando solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to implementing Pando, TMS (Transportation Management System) was largely manual, person driven and un-optimized for cost saving. The inherent complexity of the eco-system and data prevented anlaytics to be carried out for arriving at transportation consolidation decisions. With Pando, this has changed significantly. Based on the available transportation options at a given time, the software finds the best way of shipping products at optimized cost. Our organization benefited from ease of managing TMS and saving of transporation cost after implementing Pando. Freight audit, which was a completely manual processes, had been turned into an automated one with Pando implementation. ### 42. There has been instances where something might not be working properly or pulling properly in the system, but each time the PANDO team has been able to fix it relatively quickly. **What problems is Pando solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's giving us more visisilbity of where all of our containers are at any given time, which is something we did not have with our previous system. The freight audit part of the system ensures we are getting invoiced the proper amounts for customs, freight and drayage bills.
