**What do you like best about PamGro?**

I am a contractor using PamGro as my umbrella company, and they handle my payroll. They have been excellent at ensuring I am paid on time. I like their clear communication and attention to issues with employer approvals. They are very on the ball with any delay to employee approvals, ensuring I am paid on time. Setting up PamGro was very easy.

**What do you dislike about PamGro?**

Some communication around renewals could be improved but that is as much an end client issue as it is them

**What problems is PamGro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a contractor using PamGro for payroll. They ensure on-time payment and deal with employer approval delays efficiently. Clear communication is a bonus.

I never have to worry with PamGro as my agency. My pay is always on time, like clockwork. I also have real people who support me and can answer questions whenever I run into an issue. It’s a great service, and I’d recommend them to anyone.

Had no issues so nothing to dislike about them.

As a contractor Pamgro act as my payroll provider and deal with contract renewals for me.

Iffath has been really helpful throughout my vendor change to Pamgro. She was quick to respond, kept me updated along the way and made the whole process a lot less stressful than it could have been. Whenever I had a question she got back to me promptly and made sure everything was sorted. Really appreciate her support through this, as she made the transition much smoother.

Nothing at the moment. They haven’t given me any reason to complain so far.

The onboarding team is very helpful; they will do all the complex processes for the contract and ensure it all goes smoothly and as per regulations. I got timely follow-ups and assistance in filling out the forms.  They ensured that the implementation process was easy. The onboarding team did an excellent job in ensuring all goes fine.

Communication of the timesheet with client is not enough, PamGro should talk about the timesheet problem with client dierctly, and employee should no need to handle their timesheet.

As I recently onboarded to PamGro there is nothing to highlight about dislikes. As of now everything is good.

I have been using Pamgro as my payroll company, and my experience has been very smooth so far. There have been no delays in receiving my salary, which is a big plus. I also appreciate their constant communication especially the timely reminders and updates regarding timesheets. It helps ensure everything stays on track.

**What do you dislike about PamGro?**

The payroll follows a delayed cycle eg. July’s salary is paid at the end of August, which was clearly communicated to me upfront. It takes a bit of getting used to, but it works smoothly once you’re aware of the schedule.

**What problems is PamGro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pamgro handles payroll and compliance smoothly, so I don’t have to worry about salary processing or tax issues. Their clear communication and timely reminders help me stay on track, making the whole payment process stress-free.

I really appreciate the collaborative and supportive team environment. Everyone is willing to help each other. I have seen this with my contract extesions. Pamgro going above a mile with their clients to get the work done.

I'm a contractor and I don't get any benefits.

Being a contractor I dont want to get in to the nuisances of  setting up a PVT LTD company and going through  mountains of tax work. PamGro solves that for me with ease.

Payment was on time, response was on time anything to do with payslip. Specially iffath was amazing when she took over the issue I was facing with Rahul for 3 months, who I always had to chase up, but he would never get back to me unless I chase.

I don't think I will use Pamgro for any service, only because it took them 3 months to resolve an issue. Only when iffath got involved it all got resolved.

Pamgro needs to hire more people like iffath.

Limited coverage in certain regions specifically setting up payroll in african countries.

I could easily focus on my work, being a contractor managing taxes, sending invoices and getting payments on time was kinda trouble. But, after signing up with pamgro it was so easy, hassle-free.

Nothing much to say. Good customer support team.

Pamgro is exceptionally solving the payroll issues. Payroll cycle, getting payments from clients.. and all. 


The most important factor is compliance and taxes. Pamgro is the best friend for contractors and freelancers.

They saved me an additional £450 per month through their investment and saving strategies, I have renewed my contracts with them for the 3rd time in a row, in the last 1.5 years. Sindhu from their Team is super helpful and goes beyond ways to help and facilitate issues 
They are quite knowledgeable around processes and compliance involved in European countries. The Last thing you want to face while working on Third Party Payrolls are compliance issues. I would recommend PamGro to anyone who wants a peace of mind with compliances

They don't have Payroll support in African countries yet

It saves me additional money by smart investing tactics on SIPP and other investments, It also helped get a mortgage loan with lower interest rates

Great people to work with. Whenever I have a problem/concern, it is always addressed with urgency. The staff's are exteremly accessible via phone calls or email. I have never sent out an email which I have not recieved a reply within 2 hours. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the people i have worked with. I will 100% work with them in the future.
