## About PackCapture
1. Mount: Set up any high-res web camera above your packing station. 2. Scan and Pack: Scan the Order ID barcode to start the recording. Pack the order and the cam will document the entire process in real-time. 3. Proof: Recording is automatically archived and linked to the Order ID for instant retrieval. Capture Packing videos and retrieve them anywhere from our cloud database. Share them with your customer or use them inhouse! Currently available in the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand

**What do you like best about PackCapture?**

Setup was genuinely quick , we were up and recording orders the same day without any fuss, no complicated configuration. The biggest win has been dispute resolution: when a customer claims something was missing or the wrong item shipped, we just pull up the timestamped video and it's settled on the spot. It's cut down our chargebacks and saved a lot of back-and-forth.

**What do you dislike about PackCapture?**

Nothing at this stage. I guess an API to link to our WMS would be good

**What problems is PackCapture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Charge backs is the big one. When we send the customers disputing their order the video, we find they drop their query as they recheck their delivery and find the missing item. This happend 9 out of 10 times
