Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. **What do you dislike about Pacesetter?** Absolutely everything. Everything is extremely manual. Just to allow a client to see their completed Return you have to: upload documents, go into invoice, list invoicing name(s) & amount(s), save invoicing, drag 8879 into Tax Authorization, drag Return into the Return spot, mark as ready for review, choose yourself to review, press review, confirm the review, go into invoice, select cash/check, mark the invoice as paid, go into tax authorization, mark as signed, type in a note, drag a new pdf in. Only after all of that's done can my client see the Return. And forget trying to have Married client sign electronically, never going to happen. **What problems is Pacesetter solving and how is that benefiting you?** Absolutely none. When I started with them, they were very receptive to my advise. Then their ownership split up a few years ago and they decided that they had no further need to improve anything at all. ### 2. We were able to dump the calendar, signature service, payment processing, Practice Management, portal, and doc storage services we were paying separately for. Their mobile app is a favorite with our clients and has made it so much easier for us to track status. **What do you dislike about Pacesetter?** Nothing really. So much better than what we had to maintain **What problems is Pacesetter solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had to maintain so many databases between calendar, signature, storage, portal, CRM, etc that it was a major headache.
