I find Levvy App's onboarding process extremely easy and supportive, with direct Zoom calls aiding seamless transition. I appreciate how organized it helps me keep my client management and invoicing. I would like to see enhancements in the invoicing feature of Levvy App. Currently, I don't have the ability to bill directly from the app, which was a feature I appreciated in FinancialSense. The need to use an external service like CPACharge for saving and sending invoices adds an extra step to my workflow. If Levvy could integrate payment processing directly into the app, allowing me to make and send invoices as well as process payments directly to my bank account, it would streamline my processes and potentially eliminate the need for additional applications. Levvy is amazing at visualizing different tasks which is what our business is based on. Even though it is a great tool, I understand that it is still under continuous improvement, and the team in Levyy is open to that. I dislike that we are not able to allocate the due date and start dates from the beginning when creating the workflow. Time tracking and reporting are also areas in which I would like to improve.
