  ### 1. Simplified Returns and Exchanges with Clear, Centralized Shipment Tracking

**What do you like best about Outvio?**

It has made managing returns and exchanges much easier. It gives us a clearer view of what’s happening with each case, so the team doesn’t have to rely as much on manual checks or constant back-and-forth messages. It also helps that tracking numbers and all shipments are visible in one place.

**What do you dislike about Outvio?**

What we disliked most was the initial setup. It took longer than we expected, and we would have appreciated a bit more training or guidance upfront so we could get started faster and feel more confident.

That said, once everything was properly configured, the tool made a lot more sense for our day-to-day work, and in the end the extra effort was worth it.

**What problems is Outvio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking shipments and returns is straightforward, and customers can request a return or exchange themselves. Overall, it makes the work more streamlined.

**What do you like best about Outvio?**

I really like the direct connection with ecommerce and the ease of use of Outvio. I appreciate that it integrates with the most common ecommerce software, which is a great advantage. Additionally, it is very efficient because just seconds after an order enters the store, it appears in Outvio ready to be shipped. The ability to send orders one by one or print them all at once if there are many orders greatly improves my workflow. The initial setup was easy and intuitive, and the integration with carriers was done by the support team, which made the process even easier.

**What do you dislike about Outvio?**

Customer service is a bit slow.

**What problems is Outvio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Outvio to organize the shipments of my ecommerce, select suitable carriers, generate labels, and allow shipment tracking. It quickly integrates with store orders and facilitates both individual and bulk shipments.

**What do you like best about Outvio?**

It has integrations into many ecommerce platforms which automatically inputs orders made by customers. Printing the shipping label for the order only takes 30 seconds and Outvio automatically selects cheapest available option instead of multiple minutes on every carrier website. Customer support is really fast and helpful at all times.

**What do you dislike about Outvio?**

There are no downsides I can tell after 1 year of usage. It is priced perfectly for what it offers.

**What problems is Outvio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves a whole load of time for us and saves money for customers since we can provide shipping rates that are given to us by Outvio.

Outvio has revolutionized the way we handle fulfillment for our business. **What do you like best about Outvio?**

It has allowed us to improve shipments and returns tracking processes, picking in our warehouse, and optimization and flexibility regarding establishing logistics operators.

They also have a fast and helpful support service and consider customer feedback for implementing future improvements.

**What do you dislike about Outvio?**

For some internal management tasks in our company, we need several reports that are not available on their platform... at the moment. Outvio has committed to implementing this functionality in the coming months.

**What problems is Outvio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Outvio has provided us with an easy way to send (and personalize) order tracking emails.

- It has improved our warehouse picking process.

- It has enabled us to automate returns

-Optimised shipping costs by allowing us to use one courier or the other based on a set of rules.

**What do you like best about Outvio?**

In 2019 we incorporated Outvio to be able to scale our operations and it was a success. Now that we have grown, he continues to accompany us. Highly recommended to automate actions and focus on what adds value to the business.

Sometimes it is difficult to be proactive with incidents. The reason is that many notifications appear and it is difficult to see which ones you should attend to.

You reduce a lot of time in the preparation of orders.
It helps you to have control of shipments.
You get very cheap rates.

**What do you like best about Outvio?**

After trying several apps, I decided to switch to Outvio. I highly recommend it, best app I could have chosen, in terms of design, easy to use and excellent service, specially from Jose, he has been súper helpful from minute 1.

So far nothing. It has fulfilled all expectations.

I have experienced less incidents and I feel my brand has been elevated thanks to all the options they offer in terms of personalization.

For me the orders tracking page and the delivery company prices integration are the best features.

I don't like that you have to pay too much money just for add more warehouses on the app.

Our logistics have improved because the management of shipments is easier. We can use different carriers depending on the destination and always using the best shipping cost.

So far, we have nothing. All our problems are solved at the same time. If you have a problem just open a ticket with customer support and they will solve it.

It helps you in many ways, including picking, controlling shipments and having a complete record of all your orders. So good application for online shops

Nothing at all, the aplication works perfectly and makes easier every step selling your products.

Spending less time picking, orders can be followed inside the application and you can use Outvio to manage returns.
