We had an interesting journey with Outseta. When we were getting started on developing our subscription model for our website, we weren't sure if we needed any other service besides a payment processor. We decided to give Outseta a try since it was reasonably priced and claimed to do everything we needed (and then some). After we launched our service, we realized that a lot of features were already available in Outseta that we didn't know we needed (it's the first time we launched something like that).

We send huge amount of invoices to our customers it's easy to track them. I can see how much we send and how much we received monthly. All customers have their own account so once we click on names it shows the whole history of theirs. It is not complicated to use. Definitely user friendly. When you go to transactions it is a little bit hard to find which invoice is paid or not. I just realized we missed some of the payments because the app doesn't notify us.
