Intuitive and easy-to-use platform with fantastic customer support. Very customizable to suit my program needs, including survey features. Data can be exported easily. When I ask others to use the platform, I get very few technical support questions, demonstrating how easy it is to follow.

We have worked with Output, and with Dan Pichette as our main support and contact, since January, 2020. In that time, SHA has run over 30 challenges to various stages of completion. Through every stage, Dan has been available to support and coach us from development to implementation of our various challenges. The platform is excellent, creating a digital 1-stop home base with multi-faceted functionality for crowdsourcing ideas and managing projects. Everything about the platform is simple to use. A minimilist user interface allows for easy navigation and fosters an approach to collecting ideas with very few barriers. Current campaigns or challenges are easy to setup and run. The ease of use encourages a user to not only contribute but to view, vote on, comment, follow and share ideas. Additionally, the platform also allows an innovation team to easily conduct an evaluation process that only helps to speed up the opportunity to provide value through eventual adoption. It would be great to be able to collect ideas from everywhere whether it be partners or customers. However, it is understood why an organization would want to keep their innovation pipeline and the information within it internal to the business.
