The ability to choose either an individual to send a private chat to or sending a mass message to a group, makes the need to send a quick message super simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, I did not have anything to dislike about this product as it is solving all the purposes. There was a issue with the older version where the application gets suddenly hanged and slows down the process but it seems that it is resolved now in the latest version.
