**What do you like best about Outbound Sales Pro?**

What I like best is that their team takes lead generation off my plate, allowing me to focus my energy where I add the most value: sales strategy, relationship building, and nurturing my deals. They function as an extension of our team and are committed to our success.

**What do you dislike about Outbound Sales Pro?**

If I had to identify something I didn't like, it would be that our initial show rate was lower than we had hoped. However, what impressed me most was how the OSP team responded. Rather than sticking to the original plan, they worked closely with our leadership team to evaluate the results, refine our targeting, and realign on the right audience. Once we got aligned, the momentum started to build and the results followed.

**Recommendations to others considering Outbound Sales Pro:**

My advice to anyone considering OSP is to be open to refining your targeting along the way. We experienced the most success when we partnered closely with their team, shared feedback, and allowed them to optimize the approach based on real-world results.

**What do you like best about Outbound Sales Pro?**

When it comes to outreach, they really know their stuff. Their approach is focused on ongoing refinement, so they can make sure the messaging and approach stays as effective as possible. They also do a great job of thinking outside the box, like incorporating the product into the sales strategy itself.

**What do you dislike about Outbound Sales Pro?**

This is partly just the nature of cold outreach, but not every booked meeting ends up sticking. That said, I’ll commend the OSP team for doing everything they can to make sure the prospect shows up—day-before and day-of reminders, calling prospects to get them into the meeting, etc. And if someone still doesn’t attend, they follow up and work to get the meeting re-booked.

**What problems is Outbound Sales Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a very slim sales team, so it's been a huge benefit to have an outsourced SDR avenue that brings in qualified meetings so our sales reps can focus on closing.

**What do you like best about Outbound Sales Pro?**

The best part is the partnership we have with them. We have direct insight into call recordings so that we can offer feedback and refine targeting. 

I would highly recommend Outbound Sales Pro to anyone who is contemplating outsourcing their SDRs, they’re the best!

**What do you dislike about Outbound Sales Pro?**

You can only control so much, and at the end of the day, prospects can be difficult to reach. Luckily, they try every channel, angle, and message until they crack the code.

**What problems is Outbound Sales Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outbound Sales Pro has been the best decision we’ve made for outreach by far. 

Our sales team is solely focused on closing deals now, and with all the time and overhead that the  OSP team has saved us with prospecting, our CPM has gone down significantly. The meetings are booked straight to our calendar so all we need to do is show up and deliver. It really is that easy.

**What do you like best about Outbound Sales Pro?**

I appreciate the expertise at Outbound Sales Pro. They're super knowledgeable and offer a proven, quantifiable model that's really straightforward. I also liked the budding combination of optimization for inbound traffic and outbound follow-up they're working on, along with their LLM article optimization. Their team is made up of smart, transparent people who provided me with a lot of helpful advice. Even though it didn't end up being a fit for us due to cost reasons, their honesty and professionalism were impressive.

**What do you dislike about Outbound Sales Pro?**

Their starting price is $6500 for an SDR - I get it, but alas not a great fit for our current product.

**What problems is Outbound Sales Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Outbound Sales Pro for lead generation and customer acquisition. Their experts are straightforward with a proven model. They optimize inbound traffic and follow-up, and provide transparent, smart advice.

The team at OSP has been a pleasure to work with. Their outbound sales techniques are unique and efficient - they truly love and believe in outbound sales.

OSP has a way of cutting through the noise and scheduling our team meetings with Decision Makers of our ICP.

They listened to what our needs were, our ICP, and delivered during their ramping month quota.

**What do you dislike about Outbound Sales Pro?**

The show rate was lower than we wanted at fist but they were able to reschedule all of those for the following week (no shows happen in ecommerce A LOT)

**What problems is Outbound Sales Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We did not have an outbound motion built for our company and needed to find a team that can book demo's in the ecommerce space and fast.

OSP has been wonderful to work with. Their team is professional, responsive, personable, reliable and persistent. Highly recomend giving them a shot!

I have not found a downside to working with OSP other than their meeting platform being Google Meet and me prefering teams which is a stretch for a dislike. ;)

Give them a chance, they will not let you down.

Introductions to new clients. When you come from a non-compete situation in your industry it is very difficult to start over. Having a partner like OSP helps to get you ramped up a lot quicker.
