Orderwise is an incredibly powerful and comprehensive ERP system. Once deployed, it touches almost every part of the business and can be genuinely useful day to day. Deployment itself went relatively well given the scale of the system, and some members of the support team are knowledgeable and helpful within the limits imposed on them. The relationship feels increasingly one-sided and transactional rather than a partnership. Support costs continue to rise while service levels decline, quarterly releases were reduced to annual, and many issues are classed as chargeable development or training despite being bugs or core functionality. Long-standing issues such as stock forecasting were abandoned, and bespoke development repeatedly leads to further unexpected costs. The only downside to using Orderwise is that there are no third parties that can develop integrations or add functionality to the Orderwise software, anything you want must be done via their development team and this can be quite costly. Orderwise offers a solution that includes all neccessary features for our E-Commerce business. From inventory control, to E-Commerce website, order fullfillment and CRM.
