We never choose vendors based on product alone, we need service, especially with software. Orderbot’s team owned every issue with us. And hence drastically improved addressing the right priorities without wasting time and cost. **What do you dislike about Orderbot?** Nothing is ever perfect - we don’t think anything out there is. There is not much we can say we dislike, and if anything comes up we are sure the team will help us thru it. **What problems is Orderbot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Inventory accuracy and visibility across sales channels and warehouses. We have saved costs in understanding inventory proactively, limiting variances, and shipping from the right locations. ### 2. We needed a way to integrate our website sales platform with our 3PL and our accounting software. Orderbot provides an automated synchronization between all three and much more. Our website could not hold backorders or preproduction order information so we could never give accurate ETA's to our customers, but Orderbot can hold and process all that information. **What do you dislike about Orderbot?** The interface can be a bit difficult to get used to. It's very functional, but Orderbot has so many features it's easy to get lost. **What problems is Orderbot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Integrating our accounting, sales and inventory/warehousing platforms. ### 3. Because of that, I can spend more time catering to larger accounts and moving the B2B side of my business forward. ### 4. Not only reducing inventory problems, splitting order shipping / problems and all the costs and upset customers related to those. **What do you dislike about Orderbot?** Our team was resistant to change but luckily Orderbot's team helped us cross that line. It didn't take long for the whole company to see great value ! **What problems is Orderbot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Finger pointing. High density order volume has no problem or breakage running through the Orderbot system. ### 6. After we implemented Orderbot we excelled at Managing our customer expectations and hence grow our sales. **What do you dislike about Orderbot?** When we first signed up we were concerned about interface but not only are they investing significantly into that but there is also a bottomless depth that far outweighs UI. **What problems is Orderbot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our ability to be fully proactive with any issue and resolve it before our customer ever feels it. ### 7. This efficiency saves our company a lot of time and money. We can focus our resources on growing our company instead of data entry. **What do you dislike about Orderbot?** The data is available and exportable, but I'd like to see enhanced reporting features or the ability to create custom reports easily. The reports are not very organized and could use a central location. **What problems is Orderbot solving and how is that benefiting you?** OrderBot is working on Dashboard. I find the service to be incredibly reliable and our account manager is always quick to respond. In addition to having my own retail and wholesale companies where we use orderbot, I also consult with other merchants who have since started using them for a number of projects such as click & collect and powering their headless initiatives. I havent gotten yelled at by others for recommending orderbot so thats always a good sign **What do you dislike about Orderbot?** some things are not out of the box but they opened up their api to us which has given us free rein to develop tons of stuff **What problems is Orderbot solving and how is that benefiting you?** I started looking at my options because inventory was a huge problem for us. We were cancelling orders left, right & center. While I was a little bit iffy as I had not heard about them before coming across their website, I was pleasantly surprised by their capabilities. We've since reduced our cancellations significantly which has relieved many of our departments and increased profitability. ### 9. Would like to see improvements in this area. **What problems is Orderbot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Centralizes inventory control by having 1 inventory database for all sales channels across multiple distribution warehouses. ### 10.
