The Orderbot team has been super responsive and helpful. We needed a way to integrate our website sales platform with our 3PL and our accounting software. Orderbot provides an automated synchronization between all three and much more. Our website could not hold backorders or preproduction order information so we could never give accurate ETA's to our customers, but Orderbot can hold and process all that information. In addition to having my own retail and wholesale companies where we use orderbot, I also consult with other merchants who have since started using them for a number of projects such as click & collect and powering their headless initiatives. The best thing about orderbot is that it allows us to do more orders with less by connecting all of our systems and automating a lot of processes that would normally take us hours per day.
