One downside othe ORbit analytics is the intial learning cureve fro some if more advanced features. While the besics are intuitive, mastering the deeper functionalities can take time nad may require additional training.Additionally, tehre can be occasional lag during peak usage times, which affects performance. Lastly, while the support teamn is generally responsive, response times can vary, especially during busy epriods.
