Easy to use UI which makes it really useful from business stakeholder to developer, it is very easy to learn and create beautiful dashboard with it. Data gets refreshed very quickly. Can create user level access to the dashboard which helps in data security.

In sales, marketing, customer service, and e-commerce interfaces, it  enhance performance and customer success. In addition, CX Cloud's sector-specific applications enable some businesses a more specialised approach with tools to meet demands that could be particular to a particular industry.

Oracle's Interface has not being user-friendly in all business settings.
Oracle's social CRM capabilities aren't as competitive as other options in terms of social interaction and audience comment tracking.
There is a small number of third-party plugins that are integrated into Oracle's cloud.

CX Cloud can offer simpler integration and a comfortable user experience for businesses with significant investments in Oracle databases, middleware, or hardware (UI).

Oracle's implementation team is smart and well-versed. With each iteration, the cloud solution improves and expands its capabilities, providing richer data visualizations and insights. The backend, on the other hand, still feels like a collection of different products crammed into a cloud offering without being a genuine cloud service. There are many products you can activate, but knowing them all is difficult for your needs.

**What do you dislike about Oracle Sales Analytics?**

Updates may occasionally damage our applications, and Oracle may find it difficult to identify the specific cause. The OAC-specific component should visually display table relationships and entity relationship diagrams and allow for more user control.

**Recommendations to others considering Oracle Sales Analytics:**

Only use the application if you want to delegate responsibility for the data model and reports to a centralized team, with end users having extremely restricted access to report creation.

**What problems is Oracle Sales Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dashboards are attractive and offer a wide variety of visual displays. The time series is a fantastic feature in the Data Visualizer. Our implementation was carried out by Oracle, and the consultants were excellent and extremely qualified. Finally, the simplicity with which it can be scaled is a big plus point.

**What do you like best about Oracle Sales Analytics?**

It runs relatively smoothly and is easy to teach to others. Easy to transition into. I like that it can generate its own reports and help me with the math sections that I am not that quick with and don't have to do on my own. I like the organization of Oracle. Overall, the quality is decent and I would recommend this product to other small companies. My experience is with 8 employees and sales around $450,000 per year.

**What do you dislike about Oracle Sales Analytics?**

It has a hard time with crashing unexpectedly. It can be a little hard to look at. Oracle might not be as easy to make accessible to every employee. I wish it had a version or option for people with epilepsy (the colors can be changed to make this happen). Make the product more user friendly for people with disabilities, please.

The reporting on the back end is very helpful. I notice that having these reports on hand makes me do them more and have a more accurate picture of sales and current trends. Being able to see UPT and other analytics up front is very useful. It has helped me as a manager in the past see what needed to be worked on specifically and what needed to be relaxed on because my employees were doing well. Being able to sort by specific things on reports was also a very handy and reliable factor in analytics.

Easy and quick organization of student information Easy and quick organization of student information It also allows me to know what consumers are buying and what they are not, so I can find a way to market better. This program was so easy to use because it gave you everything in one place.

Many people don't know about this, so if something is just more advertised, the complexity of the interface can be off-putting for regular use. However, I understand that this is not always an easy solution to fix.

This helps to keep track of my goals. Stock expiration, stock defects, stock shortages. To ensure that the store's needs are met and that we don't have staff on a day when we have more traffic and that we don't have more staff when traffic is low.

The speed of the software is amazing and it offers many premium services that really allows us to boost the sales. Programs such as it are what allows us to build upon our existing customer base

The software is slowed at times, most possibly due to the overload of requests from all their clients. This slows down sales at times, making it hard to continue to progress with Oracle Sales Analytics.

It is probably the best starting point as Oracle is continuing to improve their products and the software will only improve on that notion, however it certainly needs a little time to be perfect.

We're able to manage reports and analytics that come from the customers throughout the industry and not just our store. It also comes to the checkout of customers.

Fantastic analytics capabilities. Not only in terms of reports but also in terms of very interactive charts and visual components like Infolets.

Set-up, configuring and onboarding can be overwhelming. Unless you've had experience setting up a CRM analytics solution, you'll most likely need to invest in a partner helping set up and maximize the system.

If you need a single solution that can be used not only by your executive team but also your sales reps and everyone else in between, Oracle Sales Analytics is a great option to go with. If you happen to have other Oracle Systems such as Fusion HCM/CRM/PBCS, it will only be logical to add this instead of any other application since they all integrate so well.

Oracle Sales Analytics is a great platform for a company that wants to have a better overview of how their leads and customers are interacting with the company, and also when is the best time to reach out and engage with the customers. The fact that Oracle Sales Analytics is accessible away from the office is also very important to us because our Sales staff is typically on the road meeting with customers.

Our department has recently acquired a large market that has been using Oracle Sales Analytics, and it is one of my favorite programs to date. It is detailed and gives great insights into sales performance.

I have not yet found any major issues that I would dislike.

I have been training in this program for the past two weeks so I hve yet to solve any significant problems In my department, but I very much enjoy the level of detail provided by Oracle Sales Analytics.

I previously worked for Kohl's and this helped me and my team members to stay on track of YTD and MTD sales. It helped me to stay organized and on top of my work, which was something previous programs lacked on.

**What do you like best about Oracle Sales Analytics?**

I like how i can see nearby stores MTD, YTD numbers and how my store ranks amongst others. This software makes this organized and efficient. As with most sales software, i can see different views and filters which works fine.  I am also able to use the interface to sort through employees at my store as well as the company as a whole for sales, but also rewarding of credit cards and being able to look at ranks that way.

Overall oracle sales analytics is good, but i wish it would be overall more eye appealing. Its organized but alot of numbers. Maybe more visuals that generate on the interface per view and setting in order to engage and learn from numbers in a visual manner.

It is a great interface for business to use to track sales and be able to glean data in a timely manner.

Oracle is an awesome tool to help our sales and marketing department connect. We are able to see what kind of emails are effective for our business, as well as see how our prospects are interacting with the emails we're sending them.

The only thing I dislike is that through Salesforce we have to authenticate Orale Eloqua every time. It's really not a big deal at all.

Having the most important data available anytime and in real time. Being able to check the on the health of your sales team without having to make all the calls that were once necessary.

Oracle is an all around system. Many call centers use oracle for daily usage. It was one of the best systems we used.

When you are locked out you have to call and speak with an agent. Not good if you are on the clock taking calls. There should be another way to reset password or unlock your computer.

Oracle is an excellent tool because it actually allows you to plan your day. With many Sales People, only 33% of the time are we actually selling, this cuts out a lot of the clutter in the sales process.

**What do you dislike about Oracle Sales Analytics?**

Nothing against the product, however the initial installation of Oracle was tricker than I had originally thought it would be to set-up. However, with eh staff, this has changed.

**Recommendations to others considering Oracle Sales Analytics:**

We found oracle to be pretty simple in setting-up and working with. I would at least recommend calling them and seeing whether or not your business would be a fit from a technology standpoint. With regard to cloud computing, it's hard to beat anything that Oracle is doing these days.

For the most part, time management has been pretty effective through working with Oracle. Moreover, transporting data to and from systems has been much easier as well in the entire sales and organizational process.

I like that all the data is there and we have full control of what we input in the system, not relying on other companies to upload the data for us. It’s all at our fingertips.

Formatting is not nice. There are so many filters that honestly, I have no idea what they are for or what they do. I recommend more training and access to NetSuite customer service.

Oracle/Netsuite is something I use daily. It houses very important information for our company. It’s keeps the records organized in the sense of files, billing, invoices etc. It has a plethora of functions, some I know nothing about. It is a very extensive application.

Since then program is so extensive, it can get cloudy sometimes. Meaning there could potentially be several ways to do one thing which can become confusing. It is not the most user friendly program. Unless trained on each field and each function, most areas could easily be passed up from lack of knowledge.

We house our contracts and invoicing through oracle. It keeps the records organized.

Oracle Sales Analytics exceptionally helpful to me and co-workers because it helps us to build better reports for senior management teams and help us with budget planning and task management while keeping everything in one place. I love that there are so many different programs all rolled into one suite. It makes it easier than having to switch formats or applications all the time.

Interface could use a face lift as it feels a little clunky, dry and boring.  It took a little longer to get the hang of how to use the system.
