As with the other areas of EnterpriseOne, it is fully integrated into the ERP's backbone. Makes everything streamlined. It probably has the most functionality of any grower, grower contracts, and blend system in the market. If you use JD Edwards as you're ERP (or are looking to move to an end-to-end ERP) then it makes a lot of sense to include these modules rather than integrating with standalone systems. JD Edwards is a large-scale ERP, so it and these modules don't make sense for small farming or wine operations. These modules also make more sense if used as part of a large JD Edwards implementation, so if you're using another ERP or not using an ERP at all, this may be overkill or more challenging to use than smaller, bespoke applications.
