Sometimes it feels a bit limited when I want to create very detailed or highly customized guides. It works well for standard processes and gets the job done, but setting up very complex workflows can be tricky and takes more effort than I’d like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the validation features of Oracle Guided Learning. It helps in rapidly adding additional validation and enforcing user policy or rules quickly without impacting or customizing the Fusion Cloud application. The main improvement needed is element selection. Especially with Redwood features, there are too many element options presented, making it hard to select the best, and even when selecting the best, it doesn't consistently work as the base Fusion Redwood changes continue to evolve. The guide creation process seems still manual. If we can have the Gen AI feature added with additional formatting features, it would be further helpful.
