Users don’t have to stop what they’re doing or go look for training the guidance appears exactly when they need it. Creating step-by-step walkthroughs is pretty easy, and it lets our team quickly update support content whenever processes change. **What do you dislike about Oracle Guided Learning?** Sometimes it feels a bit limited when I want to create very detailed or highly customized guides. It works well for standard processes and gets the job done, but setting up very complex workflows can be tricky and takes more effort than I’d like. **What problems is Oracle Guided Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has reduced the need for lengthy training sessions and a high volume of support tickets. Users can learn as they work, which has made adoption of our systems much faster. New employees get up to speed sooner, and overall the team can operate more independently and efficiently without creating extra overhead. ### 2. It helps in rapidly adding additional validation and enforcing user policy or rules quickly without impacting or customizing the Fusion Cloud application. The initial setup was quite easy; I just followed the instructions from the Oracle Guided Learning documentation, and it worked fine. **What do you dislike about Oracle Guided Learning?** The main improvement needed is element selection. Especially with Redwood features, there are too many element options presented, making it hard to select the best, and even when selecting the best, it doesn't consistently work as the base Fusion Redwood changes continue to evolve. The guide creation process seems still manual. If we can have the Gen AI feature added with additional formatting features, it would be further helpful. Also, the price point of Oracle Guided Learning is expensive or sort of unaffordable for the customer base we support. **What problems is Oracle Guided Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Oracle Guided Learning for efficient user adoption into Oracle Fusion Cloud business functions. It helps me quickly add validation features like selecting the correct account coding without customizing the app, which enforces user policies and rules effectively. ### 3.
