They do offer some cool functionality as it relates to personalizations, etc. Also, it might be a better product if they continue to listen to customer feedback,.

What do you dislike about Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud?

Oracle implementation support and leadership support is lacking. As a customer, you don't know who to go to for what. They are also not linked to OCS (Oracle Consulting Services) which can be confusing to customers. The leadership team they gave us is new to Oracle and they have not tried to understand our business as a large hospital system that is complex and growing. And this has turned into an IT driven project rather than a true HR and Payroll business driven project that it needs to be. We needed a 3 pronged approach of HR, Payroll and IT as support, not IT driven. It's taken forever to go-live (still working on it) due to many of these reasons.

I love that Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud allows me to take care of all of the Human Resources needs for my organization. While I'm adjusting to how to do everything in Oracle, I'm continuously impressed by the fact that I have so many options for meeting my company's needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud?

I find it difficult to do the reporting that I would like to do. I'm not adept yet at finding the subject areas and field labels, so it slows me down. I also wish that I could have direct access to an OTBI support person that could be available at any time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Oracle Learning Skillsoft integration API not allowing for learning structure importing with course work. Only imported as courses all at same level. Support just told us after weeks of SR being opened that it is not supported which is hard to believe. This has caused our business partners to remove OLC and stay with Skillsoft.

Oracle Recruiting was sold to us as a fitting solution and our integration partner thought they had experts and it has proven to be not ready to be used and the business has removed this product from our scope as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
