Oracle automatically adapts to local legal and regulatory requirements, so we don't have to manually research every change. Employees have to click through multiple menus to do simple things like requesting time off or updating an address, and it's not a clean, one-stop dashboard. I would prefer a simpler, modern home screen that shows common actions up front, like time off, benefits, and personal info without any digging required. Also, the time-off requests are very form-based and text-heavy. We need a more visual and user-friendly calendar view that shows available time off, already approved days, and company holidays all at once, with clearer error messaging. For my role in sales it linked together opportunities, tasks and activities seamlessly. It has allowed the team to keep an audit trail of everything from enquiry, quote to order. The CRM software also facilitated easy follow up of quotes. I would also add that OnDemand has been very reliable compared to Oracle Cloud. **What do you dislike about Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud?** For new users or those with little experience/computer literacy the software is very problematic. It is not especially user friendly. Our organisation relied on experienced staff to tutor newbies far more than I have seen with other CRM packages. I don't believe OnDemand is now supported as much as Cloud which is a shame, because the latter although user friendly has produced lots of unreliability and glitches. **Recommendations to others considering Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud:** At this time perhaps consider Oracle Cloud because they are more actively updating this and it is more user friendly for most users. As a customer, you don't know who to go to for what. They are also not linked to OCS (Oracle Consulting Services) which can be confusing to customers. The leadership team they gave us is new to Oracle and they have not tried to understand our business as a large hospital system that is complex and growing. And this has turned into an IT driven project rather than a true HR and Payroll business driven project that it needs to be. We needed a 3 pronged approach of HR, Payroll and IT as support, not IT driven. I'm not adept yet at finding the subject areas and field labels, so it slows me down.
