DNS update was very quick so downtime from a customer's perspective was very less. Oracle Dyn managed DNS made it very easy to manage almost more than one lakh DNS. Response time of the UI was very much because of which it was sometimes making difficult to traverse through pages and in turn, was inconvenient when there is business criticality.
