I enjoy the fact that there are multiple features within Oracle that make is easier to work efficiently as a company. We have used Oracle Beehive for business communication. This is a very good collaboration tool that provides screen sharing in business meetings. There are several integrated modules which provide access to strong modules such as conferencing and wiki pages. A couple of features are not available on this software which does prevent it from being one of the best in class. It does not have strong email capability and it does not allow for automated tracking of employee or contractor hours. The workspaces, conferencing, email events, and wiki pages are all very useful and essential to us. As is the integration with Microsoft Outlook which allows us to update meetings and events and launch conferences. The user interface for Oracle Beehive is a bit dated, and the built in email client (Zimbra) needs to be improved because it currently does not have all the capabilities an email client should have (although most of us end up using Microsoft Outlook anyway and only access Zimbra when we are not at our own computers).
