It's alike fully loaded armour. You have everything in it manage a business. The DBMS stands out. **What do you dislike about Oracle Beehive?** Perse, i didint notice any such shortcomings. However, i feel the tech team may need to relook on the way data integration happends in the software. **What problems is Oracle Beehive solving and how is that benefiting you?** As I told earlier, it's s one stop solution for your business needs. I feel like it was hard to connect with certain wifi connections. From scheduling events, setting up email groups & even sharing files to different groups, Oracle helped our company to run on a more collaborative level. **What do you dislike about Oracle Beehive?** The interface seems a bit behind in terms of technological features, & some aspects of the different modules feel like they have more set-up steps than necessary, but no issues other than that! **Recommendations to others considering Oracle Beehive:** Definitely take advantage of all of the modules within Oracle. The more features you use in this system, the better the overall change you will see within the organization within your company. **What problems is Oracle Beehive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Oracle helped our office to solve a number of business problems, namely an issue with creating content and organizing events on a digital level. We were able to create a hub to publicly share files for use, set up meetings & events in an easy-to-access portal, & keep everyone organized in one area. ### 6. This is a very good collaboration tool that provides screen sharing in business meetings. There are several integrated modules which provide access to strong modules such as conferencing and wiki pages. You can use multiple workspaces with different levels of privacy makes remote communication very easy. **What do you dislike about Oracle Beehive?** A couple of features are not available on this software which does prevent it from being one of the best in class. It does not have strong email capability and it does not allow for automated tracking of employee or contractor hours. This leaves the tracking of hours worked up to the contractor or employee which is not very practical. **Recommendations to others considering Oracle Beehive:** This tool is a fantastic collaboration tool that integrates many functions which previously were handled by several separate platforms. The tool is friendly to users, quick ramp up and strong ongoing support. **What problems is Oracle Beehive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Oracle Beehive consolidates functions which were stand alone functions in our previous environment. We used different services for collaboration, communication, conferencing, instant messaging, email, calendar, and team work spaces. ### 7. As is the integration with Microsoft Outlook which allows us to update meetings and events and launch conferences. I end up using each of the modules almost every single day, and the workspace makes it very easy to organize different projects. **What do you dislike about Oracle Beehive?** The user interface for Oracle Beehive is a bit dated, and the built in email client (Zimbra) needs to be improved because it currently does not have all the capabilities an email client should have (although most of us end up using Microsoft Outlook anyway and only access Zimbra when we are not at our own computers). **What problems is Oracle Beehive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Oracle Beehive addresses many of our business problems. We use this platform to collaborate on difference projects in the company, store files for easy access, video conferencing, and to schedule events and notify colleagues of meetings and planned vacations, etc. ### 8. One of the best things about Oracle Beehive is the fact that you can set up any number of workspaces, invite different people to each, choose to publicly share some of the files in that workspace (or keep them all private) and you can also set different access levels and rights for each participant in the workspace. The programs are all integrated and this also helps improve workflow because there is no need to switch between programs and copy files over. As a company we are very happy with Oracle Beehive and its capabilities. **What problems is Oracle Beehive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Oracle Beehive addresses many of our business problems.
