I was a NetSuite customer as a sales manager years ago helping a company go live from QuickBooks to NetSuite. We never had a dedicated data migration specialist and used an internal resource and NetSuite's professional services. While the data did make it to NetSuite, the team never took the time to understand our internal data structure. Many key data points were missed that was necessary for the sales team. We had to take many many passes at importing data in order to get a useable customer history. After meeting Paul and OptimalData Consulting, I wish we had a resource like him back then.
