They provide good advice on best practices and how I can best triage my developments costs to provide best ROI. **What do you dislike about Tavano Team?** Very few problems I can think of. They're not the least expensive agency out there but I feel they provde strong value for the the dollar. **Recommendations to others considering Tavano Team:** My advice for engaging with Tavano is really what I advise for any sucessful partnership. While they are there to do the work and provide expertise you must be an active particapant in defining your needs and what a sucessful outcome looks like. There are areas where I'm entirely dependent on their guidance but I always try to take advantage of their knowledge to educate myself to be a better client so I get the best possible results for my team and help them to know they are meeting our needs. **What problems is Tavano Team solving and how is that benefiting you?** NetSuite is a a powerful ERP with a good ecosystem of developers. However, the SuiteCommerce component, effectively a seprate app, is often outside th epurview of most ERP support teams. Tavano fills this void with effective and targeted expertise specifically for SuiteCommerce. ### 2. Whenever business needs shift, Tavano Team very quickly adjusts and is tactful with each decision. Having a marketing partner that gives us the flexibility to make last second marketing changes to further the direction of our mission is a value add that can't be understated. **What do you dislike about Tavano Team?** Without extensive research, I would not have found them. Sharing this review to try and bring brand visibility to the work that they do each day. Had I known Tavano existed 3 years ago, it would have saved me from displaced marketing efforts. **What problems is Tavano Team solving and how is that benefiting you?** The data problems that existed for us before Tavano Team got involved were about attributing revenue to outbound marketing efforts instead of traditional sales. Tavano Team not only handles the full suite of marketing efforts (creative, strategic, tactial, analytics) but also provides the recommendations to enhancing the ROI that comes with being a customer of NetSuite. Tavano has taken us to a new level of digital marketing. While we dabbled in most areas, we were lacking expertise. We have weekly standup meetings where they are excellent at providing KPI reporting to measure their performance. **What do you dislike about Tavano Team?** There is nothing I dislike about Tavano Team. However, the remote nature of the company location means we don't see them face-to-face very often. The owner and our lead migration PM visited us earlier this year, which was a great change to put faces with the names of the heroes we had worked with. **Recommendations to others considering Tavano Team:** Tavano Team will feel like part of your company if you allow them to immerse into your company's needs to help find solutions to your needs from a Netsuite Partner. **What problems is Tavano Team solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tavano Team helped us migrate from the Netsuite SiteBuilder platform to Netsuite's SuiteCommerce platform.
