"Targeted and effective support for SuiteCommerce"

5/5

What do you like best about Tavano Team?

They quickly get up to speed on any new SCA needs I may have. They provide good advice on best practices and how I can best triage my developments costs to provide best ROI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tavano Team?

Very few problems I can think of. They're not the least expensive agency out there but I feel they provide strong value for the dollar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Tavano Team:

My advice for engaging with Tavano is really what I advise for any successful partnership. While they are there to do the work and provide expertise you must be an active participant in defining your needs and what a successful outcome looks like. There are areas where I'm entirely dependent on their guidance but I always try to take advantage of their knowledge to educate myself to be a better client so I get the best possible results for my team and help them to know they are meeting our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tavano Team solving and how is that benefiting you?

NetSuite is a powerful ERP with a good ecosystem of developers. However, the SuiteCommerce component, effectively a separate app, is often outside the purview of most ERP support teams. Tavano fills this void with effective and targeted expertise specifically for SuiteCommerce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The growth experts for companies running on NetSuite"

5/5

What do you like best about Tavano Team?

Tavano Team's response times and strategic execution show clear synergy between their entire team and ours. Whenever business needs shift, Tavano Team very quickly adjusts and is tactful with each decision. Having a marketing partner that gives us the flexibility to make last second marketing changes to further the direction of our mission is a value add that can't be understated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tavano Team?

Without extensive research, I would not have found them. Sharing this review to try and bring brand visibility to the work that they do each day. Had I known Tavano existed 3 years ago, it would have saved me from displaced marketing efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tavano Team solving and how is that benefiting you?

The data problems that existed for us before Tavano Team got involved were about attributing revenue to outbound marketing efforts instead of traditional sales. Tavano Team not only handles the full suite of marketing efforts (creative, strategic, tactical, analytics) but also provides the recommendations to enhancing the ROI that comes with being a customer of NetSuite. That revenue attribution has never been clearer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tavano Team solving and how is that benefiting you?

Where to begin? Tavano has taken us to a new level of digital marketing. While we dabbled in most areas, we were lacking expertise. They provided us with a team of experts in all areas and allowed us to take a much more holistic approach. Their level of reporting and willingness to teach and explain has given us a much deeper understanding of our marketing efforts and their results. We have really only begun our journey and look forward to a continued positive experience with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tavano Team?

There is nothing I dislike about Tavano Team. However, the remote nature of the company location means we don't see them face-to-face very often. The owner and our lead migration PM visited us earlier this year, which was a great change to put faces with the names of the heroes we had worked with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
