It's simplefy the whole process of data management when we start using this we experienced that this application made our work so easy  in my organisation we have lots of data like distributors and dealer's as well as end-user and we are so serious about our data security , when we talk about data security it's completely safe and secure no one can stole your data from its

We faced lots of challenges with previous data solutions application but they're unable to resolve our problems like data syncing sometimes we faced error with data backup but since we using ops centre all our problems are gone.

**What do you like best about OPSCENTER?**

Tracking of tasks, photo submission and review abilities, easy filtering, easy to target communications to specific users/roles. Easy to customize to your brand's look and feel.

**What do you dislike about OPSCENTER?**

Glitchy, there are often bugs that occur especially after major updates. Some glitches are super frustrating. Also, we've been waiting on updates that have been promised for a while and haven't seen those yet.

**Recommendations to others considering OPSCENTER:**

Work closely with the OpsCenter Support team, they are super helpful and responsive.

**What problems is OPSCENTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reaching an audience that does not frequently use company email. Having two-way communication between store employees and corporate employees. Ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner with due dates, sign-off, and photo uploads for confirmation.

**What do you like best about OPSCENTER?**

TASK management is key to our success, and Opterus does this from the ground up. We love how we can send TASKS out to all of our Retail locations, and Markets can see the results as it flows down to their Regions, and the Regions can see the results over their Districts and the Districts can manage their Store Locations. But it goes further with the Stores being able to assign the TASK to someone or create their TASKS with the reporting flowing back up the chain.

**What do you dislike about OPSCENTER?**

There are a few minor UI changes, I feel, but I'm working with the TEAM and suggesting things to help improve things. One thing we hope to see is the BACK BUTTON to allow us to click back become available soon.

**What problems is OPSCENTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We did not have a tool that handled the ability to Communicate well, handle Tasks, and more in one package. This tool does everything from the start and has helped us communicate and action things in our Stores. Opterus allows them to perform better and focus on selling in the end.

**What do you like best about OPSCENTER?**

The messaging feature allows home office employees to communicate with front-line employees at our stores.  I also love the tracking that reports back the number of employees that opened the message and read it.

**What do you dislike about OPSCENTER?**

Utilizing videos in documents and other objects is not the cleanest.  It requires an external server to host the video.  The next release is going to allow video to be hosted on the platform natively which is great news.

**What problems is OPSCENTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for employee communication and well and using the audits module to ensure that the stores are doing things by the book.  We have also utilized the audits module to monitor and log the credit card terminal inspections required for PCI compliance.

**What do you like best about OPSCENTER?**

I really enjoy how user-friendly the system is.  It's relatively intuitive, even for the tech-challenged and I like that we have access to all of the modules for the same price but can slowly add them in as it works for us.

**What do you dislike about OPSCENTER?**

The admin functions are a little less user-friendly/intuitive/clean.  There is a fair amount of functionality that I either had a significant learning curve around understanding or was seemingly backwards.  Some of the updates seem to make processes harder and not easier.

**Recommendations to others considering OPSCENTER:**

Ops Center is a user-friendly, comprehensive task management system that allows you to see task completion live-time and follow up directly from within the system.  There are a multitude of reports available, including ones that can be shown directly on your landing page.  The team is open to feedback and is very responsive to issues.

**What problems is OPSCENTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accountability and visibility to task completion in the field was our major goal with Ops Center.  There are still challenges with the field, but we are able to react much more quickly and easily than when we just relied on email.

**What do you like best about OPSCENTER?**

It is easy to train new stores and users on the site and the updated UI helps give it a much cleaner and modern look. The messages and tasks are used daily in our 600+ locations to help execute our operational initiatives and keep stores informed of changes.

**What do you dislike about OPSCENTER?**

There are some system limitations and the dashboards are cumbersome to operate and update. We are continuing to learn and use the resources that are available, however we wish there was a bit more flexibility in the design and structure elements that we could change.

**What problems is OPSCENTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easy to communicate from multiple points of contact and streamline what is sent to the stores by the Gatekeeper functions. We have several departments that craft messages/tasks and they all get stopped at a final approver level that gives me and my team the chance to look things over and make sure we're sending complete and clear messages and tasks to help lessen confusion.

The distinction between messages and tasks is helpful in letting our audience know whether or not they need to take action. The documents section provides a great place to house all kinds of files that people in our organization need on a regular basis.

**What do you dislike about OPSCENTER?**

The overall look of the site feels a little bit outdated, even the home dashboard. There is customization available, but the overall interface does not feel modern.

We use this program as our main way of communicating from the corporate office to our various store locations, and with the "issues" function, they can communicate back to us.

Its versatility. There were so many times during implementation that I would think of a new problem in our company that OpsCenter had the solution for.

The UI can be a little unintuitive. The inability to have multiple tabs of the platform open at once is definitely an area that could be improved.

**Recommendations to others considering OPSCENTER:**

If you need a one-stop solution for communication, task completion and document validation, Ops-Center is for you. Significantly improves connection between the Home Office and the field.

**What do you like best about OPSCENTER?**

I like that we are able to send messages and tasks within the same platform. I also like the tickets and forms modules. These allow us to get information from our associates in the field easily. The different categories also make it easy to get people the help they need or find someone who can help them.

**What do you dislike about OPSCENTER?**

I would love to be able to add multiple resources at a time instead of one at a time. I also think there should be a way to create and organize folders before adding resources to them (something that allows you to move things around easily without deleting and re-adding). It would also be nice if there was a way to toggle between messages instead of having to in and out everytime. A next or previous button would be helpful as well.

**What problems is OPSCENTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Ops as our main way to communicate with our field associates. It allows us to keep track of communications, questions, and also allows us to get feedback from the field and make adjustments as we see fit. The main problem we solve with Ops is being able to keep in constant contact with our associates. A great benefit for us is being able to keep track of all of the resources, messages, forms, and tickets that come in. It helps us notice if issues are isolated incidents or a wider problem that needs to be dealt with.

**What do you like best about OPSCENTER?**

In retail, execution can be hard to track without the proper tools, OpsCenter gives Managers and Home Office the right tools to manage and track task completion easily. The platform is very user friendly and the perfect all in one retail solution.

**What do you dislike about OPSCENTER?**

There are small features/functionalities that I think could be added to help improve the user experience, but there is nothing specifically that I dislike about the OPSCentre platform.

Task Management, Communication, Issue Resolution, creating a database of information and reference tools, the greatest benefit is that everything is in one place.

How it sends the escalation to several different people, not just the store that it is directed to.

OpsCenter provides the answer we required all-in-one. It offers a space for our shop and our headquarters staff to work together without getting stuck in e-mails. It also helps us know what workload we place on our shop teams to better manage their time with assignments.

The organization and filtering feature needs to be a bit improved, its hard to naviagte when it comes to that.

The most valuable part of OpsCenter is that it is super user-friendly, and the support team quickly responds to any questions. Opterus supports any business needs and works with their clients to give them the best experience with the system.

The weird font changes and format changes that happen, the user settings get stripped often, complicated on backend

**What do you like best about OPSCENTER?**

The partnership.  The Opterus team has been readily available to exchange ideas on how to solve issues or discuss new features.  They truly feel more like a partner than just a company providing an amazing service.  I have seen many of our ideas and feature requests incorporated into their system and provided to all their clients, making everyone's experience better.  They start with a solid foundation of features and its reassuring to know they are willing to listen to their clients and grow!  

**What do you dislike about OPSCENTER?**

The use of automation for external applications to integrate with OpsCenter is very immature.  The system has a rich API for developing custom applications but some features like employee information integration should be easier to implement than having to write custom code.  We invested the time and effort at the start to ensure employee information was integrated, and the team at Opterus was very helpful, but it should be easier to integrate without custom development.

I highly recommend you reach out to the team at Opterus!

**What problems is OPSCENTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Task management with the ability to edit tasks, schedule reoccurring tasks, and getting direct photographic evidence of a task completion has had a great impact.  Honestly, there are so many features in tasking alone that are revolutionary for our stores, it has been a great success.  We've also seen a time savings by centralizing communications and knowledge management.

**What do you like best about OPSCENTER?**

Ops-Center is easy to use across all levels of the organization, from the admin to the new user, which means the onboarding process and learning curve are both very manageable. Among the field users, the Calendar is a favorite feature because it puts so much of the business at their fingertips. At the home office, the Task and related reporting features are indispensable. 

**What do you dislike about OPSCENTER?**

There are certain UI/UX features that are not standard to the way common applications present data selection options (hope to see more drop-down menus and check boxes as Ops-Center continues to evolve).

**Recommendations to others considering OPSCENTER:**

Ops-Center is the only solution that makes sense when you compare it against other task and labor management tools on the market. It brings the best of so many tools together into one right-sized application. You will never have an easier implementation and go-live experience than with Ops-Center.

**What problems is OPSCENTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ops-Center has been extremely valuable to our organization by improving the efficiency and effectiveness of collecting data from our users. Document management and version control has been greatly simplified and allows our home office and field users to find the tools and references they need quickly and easily. We also appreciate being able to refine the recipients on a granular level when necessary.

**What do you like best about OPSCENTER?**

OpsCenteris the all-in-one solution we needed. It provides a place for our store and headquarter teams so collaborate without being bogged down by emails. It also really helps us with knowing what kind of workload we are putting on our store teams to manage their time better with tasks. 

**What do you dislike about OPSCENTER?**

Filters and Sorting options on some lists could be improved. (I hear they are already working on it in their next release!)

**Recommendations to others considering OPSCENTER:**

In order to achieve success with OpsCenter, be sure to have all processes you want to be covered by OpsCetner well defined. Know exactly what you want and need from OpsCenter and their team will work diligently to cater to your needs.

**What problems is OPSCENTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously relied on using emails for our tasks which did not allow us to view the status of any company wide project or task. OpsCenter helps us coordinate with store teams with an easy-to-use interface allowing us to focus on locations that need assistance. Before, we used a shared network folder for important documents and training material. With OpsCenter, everything is in once place, if they receive a task and are not sure how to process it, the training documentation is only a few clicks away!

The ability to house training documents and videos on the platform. This provides our stores with easy access to them at anytime.

Not being able to organize/categorize the videos.

Training, and consistency. A higher educated staff that is able to produce a consistently higher quality product.
