For every theme it reports mentions, share among complaints, distribution over time, and whether the matter is a systemic problem, an isolated incident, or a historical thread already resolved. The output is a PDF: summary, area scorecard, problem cards with source quotes, strengths worth communicating, and recommendations ordered by weight. The document states how many reviews the conclusions rest on and describes its own methodology, including where the automation can be wrong.
