Opinely is a customer-review analysis tool for businesses whose customers speak publicly on Google Maps: restaurants, hotels, gyms, clinics, salons and multi-location chains. A star rating tells you something is wrong but never what. Opinely reads the text of the reviews and breaks it into countable themes - service, waiting time, price, cleanliness, a specific area of the venue. For every theme it reports mentions, share among complaints, distribution over time, and whether the matter is a systemic problem, an isolated incident, or a historical thread already resolved. The output is a PDF: summary, area scorecard, problem cards with source quotes, strengths worth communicating, and recommendations ordered by weight. The document states how many reviews the conclusions rest on and describes its own methodology, including where the automation can be wrong. For chains: several venues in one group with a joint report. For a single venue: a free sample, no account and no card.
