**What do you like best about Operix?**

They are really attempting to connect to SM in a natural way and are consistently refining it.
Customer support team is timely and willing to dig in to understand problem or issue.  Once a team worked with me for sever hours at during night and weekedn to determine nature of our server issue.

**What do you dislike about Operix?**

Still looking for more features to fulling take on other SM functions.

**What problems is Operix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to meet the service work order and complete the entire customer facing cycle on site.  Pics, notes, service reports, billing etc.  Handled very quickly and on the spot.

**What do you like best about Operix?**

I enjoy the easy and strong customer support. My team and I use it all day every day. It provides details and easy links to make the job easier and better communication

**What do you dislike about Operix?**

The only item items I would like tsee is being able to set up Agreements / contracts instead of SAGE accounting. Another item would be  the ability to provide a qoute showing subtotal / tax / total

**What problems is Operix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows better information transfer between the office and teh field. Allows for easily able to update equipment details in teh field

**What do you like best about Operix?**

It's many capabilities, ability to customize,  translate to other modules.

**What do you dislike about Operix?**

SSO allows the field to open work orders when customer is on Credit Hold. In Service Management, a work order CANNOT be opened with a warning box warns "This location is on credit hold. No new work orders may be entered."  The field should not be able open work orders for credit hold customers. It defetes the purpose of having the customer on hold, creates added collection & legal issues.
Service Reports are not always being delivered to the associates whom are listed to receive. This is causing issues with managing T&M labor hours.

**What problems is Operix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tech support. ALL tech support associates are fantastic with exception of Jessica Liverman who is over and above fantastic.

**What do you like best about Operix?**

I like that this system is easy to train on, very user friendly, and pretty straight forward (not clunky). The support team has always been responsive when/if asssitance was needed, and our rep Tiffany is AMAZING!!!!!

**What do you dislike about Operix?**

The top 2 biggest fristrations with this system is there is not an app that is capitable for our field techs other than a quick time entry. This is not helpful when primarily we would need an app for the Work Order completions. The other annoyance is all jobs are displayed, even if they are closed or completed. having a some option for a filter with these would be beneficial so that techs aren't putting their time to a closed or old job.

**What problems is Operix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

N/A- although i did share come of my concerns about an app and the job filters with our rep.

**What do you like best about Operix?**

The customer support is a 10/10. Our contact Tiffany goes above and beyond when ever I have any issues with the program. She is quick to resond and gives great instrucitons whne needed. 

Sage SFO is working as presented when we were first shown the program.

**What do you dislike about Operix?**

We have had some growing pains when setting it up. And the program has had some issues with synking with our Sage program but seems to work as entended most of the time.

Electrinic time keeping with cost coding.

**What do you like best about Operix?**

Operix has an amazing customer service and tech team. They are very helpful in getting you onboarded and teaching you the ins and outs of the software. Operix is receptive to suggestions for changes and actively prioritizes their rollout based upon demand. We are very happy utilizing their software extension for Sage 100 as it empowers our employees, makes hard to find data more accessible and gives us valuable data points.

**What do you dislike about Operix?**

Nothing that hasn't already been communicated as a suggestion for changes. Minor item: Black link to work order in forms should be changed to green or blue. Also, a detailed user manual and more instructional videos would be helpful.

**What problems is Operix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving employees access to client info. Looking up site history. Visibility on important client and equipment notes. Easier dispatching and work order generation and configuration. Easy professional quote generation.

**What do you like best about Operix?**

Great customer service! (Tiffany Lennigton).  Quick to reply and helps work out issues in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about Operix?**

We are unique in how we utilize SFO.  Would love a better attachment system to allow client and location-specific information for techs in the field (not simply an attachment to a work order).  Would like a better system to relay work requests to the techs in the field that are date/time stamped.  Return visits on the same work order are a problem if trying to give details in the current notes fields. Currently, they all just run together and are hard to separate when a tech uses a phone to read while on the job.

  ### 9. Using Operix software for construction field & payroll reporting

**What do you like best about Operix?**

Getting reporting on construction site payroll, equipment usage, and field reports into our accounting system on a daily basis without having to rely on manual reports and key information into our systems.  Seldom have support issues, but when we do, support assistance is fast and competent.

**What do you dislike about Operix?**

Occasionally lose connection between Operix software and Sage Accounting software, but easy step to refresh cache and reconnect.  Not a big deal.

**What problems is Operix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting more complete information on job performance data faster.  We generally have all of prior weeks payroll available by Monday of following week,  which expedites payroll processing.  Plus our project managers have access to more timely information on job conditions and performance.

**What do you like best about Operix?**

Operix and SSO Tech (Tech Tool) have been essential to the growth of our company and tremendously increased our cash flow and profitability by expediting and simplifying our processes. I could not imagine going back to the way we operated without it. In addition, it is constantly getting better via updates.

**What do you dislike about Operix?**

The very small (expected) moments of downtime. SSO support is fantastic and is very fast to respond and provide frequent updates. This is crucial for us to handle any situation professionally with our team.

**What problems is Operix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our biggest issue was always paperwork collection. With SSO, we instantly have the field techs paperwork as soon as it is submitted from the field, ready to bill.

**What do you like best about Operix?**

Operix streamlines information flow to and from our field operations. At the onset of a project, operix allows our entire organization to coordinate construction and service man power in real time. Once work is complete, we no longer need to re-key valuable and time-sensitive information from the field to the back office.

**What do you dislike about Operix?**

We would like the ability to electronically invoice a customer and for the customer to have the ability to pay an invoice through Operix.

**What problems is Operix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Operix allows us to see in real time where our manpower is allocated and for field employees to enter their labor hours and description of work performed, eliminating the re-keying of data into Sage 300CRE.

**What do you like best about Operix?**

Operix has changed the way we work for the better. With only one office administrator, we can collect payroll time and invoice work orders for over 100 field employees.  Before we used Operix, we needed a much larger team, and it took weeks to send invoices to customers. Now we have decreased the time from service to invoicing to days!

I would defiantly recommend Operix to other Commercial HVAC contractors.

**What do you dislike about Operix?**

None, Operix is such a time saver. I can't think of any negatives to share.

**What problems is Operix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data collection and transparency. I can see what my field technicians have in payroll in real-time, and I can get invoices out to my customer in fewer steps.

**What do you like best about Operix?**

Operix has excellent integration with our Sage 300 accounting software. They have outstanding customer support.

**What do you dislike about Operix?**

Not really any dislikes. The software originated from an HVAC contractor and they have an excellent feel for what the end user is looking for.

**What problems is Operix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They solved our need to invoice our customers on a timely basis. The field technicians are able to enter their time to a work order, add parts from their trucks, enter PO's , update equipment information and many other time-saving features.
The integration between Operix software in the field and our Sage 300 payroll software saves countless hours each week.
Operix has been an excellent choice for Air Comfort.

Works good and is user friendly, there customer service has always been responsive and willing to work to improve there product.

**What do you dislike about Operix?**

The interesting thing is if there are things that I dislike, they are more than willing to work to resolve the item so at this point I don't have much that I don't like

**What problems is Operix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been using Operix for quite awhile, and it streamlined the process of dispatching work orders and getting the needed info back from our technicians which in most cases eliminated the need for our technicians to come to our office.

**What do you like best about Operix?**

Been with Operix since 2014 and they consistently provided us with a Top-Notch product and excellent Service & Support.
Their product, Mobile Tech Tool or SSO, is easy to use, intuitive, performs VERY WELL, helps our day-to-day operations in a Grand Way; Operix' Management & Staff are always there for both major & minor questions/issues!

**What do you dislike about Operix?**

Like all software products, there are a few minor things which could be tweaked but the good thing is Operix has open ears and listens/addresses our requests & issues.

**What problems is Operix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our turnaround time from "our field technicians" performing the work to getting the work details into our ERP is instantaneous and allows us to invoice our customers promptly, really HELPS us manage our receivables.

I am blessed to have such an amazing rep I can contact.  I hardly ever have to wait long for a response, and when she explains it, it is with her expertise and where I can understand it. Tiffany Lenington is amazing!

**What do you dislike about Operix?**

Nothing at this time. I have not had any issues.

**What problems is Operix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have not been in my title very long and was not here when we switched to SSO.  I am still learning the administrator side of things; if I have questions, they get answered promptly.

**What do you like best about Operix?**

When our business shut down for Covid, we were able to continue and even streamline operations using Operix for S100 Contractor. Would recommend it for anyone that needs quick access to job data in the field.

**What do you dislike about Operix?**

Manual labor entry in daily field reports doesn't import to daily payroll records.

**What problems is Operix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a better way to track job data across various field applications. We have now streamlined out service dispatch as well as our payroll processes for contract projects as well.

**What do you like best about Operix?**

Operix continues to enhance and develop their tool.  We appreciate the fact that their staff is very knowledgable about the Sage products and can offer us some basic guidance about other features within our software that may be underutilized.  they have become the "smart guys" we call when we hit a roadblock..IT or software related.

**What do you dislike about Operix?**

As Operix has grown, the folks we encounter at the helpdesk tend to change.  Luckily, Justin (our primary contact) and Jay ( the President) are always a phone call away.  Both are very responsive.

**What problems is Operix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we continue to be challenged with ways to track our personnel and equipment digitally.  OPERIX has done an excellent job adding features that correlate to features in TImberline on the project side.

I always appreciated the attention to the user experiences in the software and also the developers listening to the customer to improve their product.

The only dislikes would be more of a Sage 300 complaint on the inability to customize workflows driven by the parent software.

Operix has always listened and taken constructive feedback from us as customers and helped create tools on top of the original ERP specific to service and construction industries.

**What do you like best about Operix?**

Operix lets your business see its growth in a snapshot of the past, present and future.  We’re able to be more efficient at every step, we have more insight into the profitability of our service business, and we have greater visibility into every aspect of our operation.  Our HVAC business has more than a dozen techs, and Operix works perfectly for us. There are several choices out there but in the end, we couldn’t be happier that we chose Operix. Our project and job management has improved, increasing our profitability.

There is nothing I don't like about the software.

Operix is helping us with the margins and where we need to tighten up, so the business continues to grow during these challenging times.

**What do you like best about Operix?**

The platform's usability gives the techs a mirrored view of what the dispatchers see as customers' equipment and call history of repairs. Not to mention, using the tables takes the hang writing equation out.  Just having the ability to have full access to SM information and notes helps even more with customer service.

**What do you dislike about Operix?**

Nothing to write about. Ok, I guess i have to type to get the blue line to turn green to proceed. The only thing I can think about right now is making forms in the platform.

No problems at this time. When I DO have one, it's fixed promptly.

**What do you like best about Operix?**

Proper time keeping and the work order system are used on a daily basis within our business. Without them it would be very difficult to stay complaint and profitable. Proper record keeping is absolutely necessary and Operix makes that convenient and effortless.

**What do you dislike about Operix?**

There are times when data changes are made in the SSO system and they do not sync with our Sage 100.

**What problems is Operix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Operix has helped us get our service work orders and invoicing in order and thus resulting in much quicker cash flow. It has absolutely made us more productive.

The consultants are busy, so you must have your questions in order.

We when from three different systems to SM.  Operix is assisting us with this transition.

**What do you like best about Operix?**

David Sexton is very knowledgeable and always finds a way to help us out.  I am so glad we have him to reach out to help with our needs.  He is an asset for sure!

**What do you dislike about Operix?**

Would like to get more training on my end to do some of the things needed without having to reach out for help and wait on others.

**What problems is Operix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need myassist help or reporting help is typically what I touch base for.

If I have an issue (which is very rare), Operix/SSO responds right away.  Also, emails are received right away whenever there is an outage.

No downsides - everything works as expected.
