The process of migration and the pain associated with identifying issues with migrated data in terms of how mapping or other processing at our former vendor fits into the OT environment. I think one of the best things about OpenText Axcelerate is how easy it is to use. The review pane is foolproof in that it will not let a reviewer continue on without completing all of the items that need to be completed. The redacting functionality in particular within OpenText Axcelerate can be a bit clunky. Especially when I want to delete an area that I have redacted. It seems silly that I would have to click through each redacted area, via the arrow buttons, to reach the particular redaction area that I would like to delete. Quick turnaround time in getting cases created. Easy to use interface with different views available depending on the way you'd like to review documents. Saved searches are easy to create.
