**What do you like best about OpenEaagles?**

I like how the software simplifies the daily task you are trying to conquer making it easy accessible to new users and to individuals with little software knowledge.

**What do you dislike about OpenEaagles?**

I dislike how the software gets "stuck" in the loading zone at times and how it can randomly shut down during a task or action.

**Recommendations to others considering OpenEaagles:**

I would recommend that you have a stronger and more reliable connection as well as a prompt helpdesk. 

**What problems is OpenEaagles solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am conducting data entry and tracking systemic issues within our organization. I have realized that my position greatly benefits on this product for complete and accurate information that I need to deliver on a daily basis.
