**What do you like best about Opal CRM?**

Opal software makes the lead management, Sales procastination and Customer engagement hassle free and helps both employees as well as the customers to have a smooth and quick interaction with business.

**What do you dislike about Opal CRM?**

Opal CRM needs to be integrated with financial platforms so that we can keep a track of sales that are made through EMI options, We can have an option to trigger a email whenever the due date is nearby.

**What problems is Opal CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Opal CRM is solving the problem of dependency on multiple softwares like Lead squared and genesys, it actually does the work of both the other two softwares so we dont have to depend on two different platforms. It also benefits us by keeping the record of transactions.

**What do you like best about Opal CRM?**

This CRM software assists with pre sales lead management and engagement. It can typically be used in all industries.

**What do you dislike about Opal CRM?**

There isn't anything that i dislike about this product but if I had to nitpick I would say that the free version has several limitations.

**What problems is Opal CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Opal CRM for capturing leads, managing teams and usear access management. It also enables us to integrate APIs easily.
