They were very responsive and collaborative, and we had a successful Proof Of Concept deployment. **What do you dislike about Onymos?** It was hard to understand what each of the Onymos featurs provide and the benefit of the features. Would be helpful if they clearly articulate the features. **What problems is Onymos solving and how is that benefiting you?** Onymos is helping with time to market through their API and providing development resources. App Store Managed Services such as submission monitoring and store-platform specific function remediation. **What problems is Onymos solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sherpa needed a rapid prototype for an evolving customer base where features were highly fluid. Our objective was to quickly deploy an App to demonstrate a new level of interoperability with our core streaming video platform. This new operability was key to the next stage of revenue growth. Onymos provided an "Express Lane" where rapid prototyping and customer review cycles could be conducted in days vs months. We completed and launched our pilot project in just 8 weeks. The engineering and customer success teams were very helpful and supportive throughout. Onymos delivered, allowing us to leapfrog the competition and be the first organization in our medical space with a mobile app. The Onymos features are also maintained and updated regularly, so we don't need to worry about ongoing maintenance costs. **What do you dislike about Onymos?** There is not much to dislike. But, I would have appreciated how-to demo video examples on how to implement some features. So, our developers can keep referring back to it in addition to the API documentation, What problems **What problems is Onymos solving and how is that benefiting you?** While we found a development team, their timeframes and costs were out of line with our needs. It was easy to integrate, and we have less to retest every time new iOS and Android releases hit the market. Support has been outstanding. **What do you dislike about Onymos?** It's a hard decision to choose Native iOS/Android vs Ionic. Once we chose Ionic, Onymos was a no-brainer. For us, it was the right decision and allowed us to put our limited dev resources to focus on differentiated product experience. **What problems is Onymos solving and how is that benefiting you?** Faster time to market. Automatically helps us with annual iOS and Android upgrade cycles.
