When there is this much down time during peak hours, and having seen it happen under various different network connections, it is clear that the service doesn't use an appropriate amount of servers or bandwidth to handle everyone using it at once. It doesn't actually let you track where crews are. I would like to more easily have crew members clock in under different roles and an easier way of allocating these hours for payroll. As an example: My company does snow removal. I pay employees different rates based on if they're doing work inside our shop, driving as a plow driver, shoveling, or running heavy equipment. I can set them up as different options for clocking in but when processing payroll, I need to run job costing reports for each employee and for each individual week in order to get their regular and overtime rates in correctly. **What problems is OnTheClock Employee Time Clock solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to On the Clock, we had paper clock in cards that I had to collect and submit each week. It was a hassle since our shop and office are 30 min apart.
