I do not like that I have to click the punch button multiple times to clock in and out. Sometimes I click the punch button and the screen changes like something happened but the punch did not take. I do not like that I do not get reminders to clock in or out based on my location and that would be super helpful. I am unable to edit my punches or make notes on a past punch to reflect more accurate hours and that is very frustrating. It's fairly user-friendly. I like that I can see how many hours I've worked in a pay period, and it keeps track of all the previous pay periods. I love how extremely convenient OnTheClock Employee Time Clock is, especially its chat feature. Our previous payroll company was very poor at communication, so OnTheClock Employee Time Clock has been a breath of fresh air. I can get an answer to any question in less than 5 minutes, and if an immediate answer isn't available, they work to get the proper information and email it to me before the end of the business day. Their customer service is excellent. The onboarding process was extremely thorough and excellent, making the transition very seamless and stress-free, thanks to Jon who took care of many things on my behalf.
