I am unable to edit my punches or make notes on a past punch to reflect more accurate hours and that is very frustrating. Our previous payroll company was very poor at communication, so OnTheClock Employee Time Clock has been a breath of fresh air. I can get an answer to any question in less than 5 minutes, and if an immediate answer isn't available, they work to get the proper information and email it to me before the end of the business day. I used to have adb and if we forget to clock out it would just leave a blank on the out time for that day so it would allow us to clock in the next morning if we forgot to clock out the night before. It just helps because then I don’t have to wait on the person to fix my out time and then have to put in my in time for the following day. Other than that no complains.
