I especially like that it keeps up with PTO, and keeps track of IP address. Very easy for me to track Time Off (this was previously a laborsome task), we agree on how much time is left, I can see a calendar of time off, making it easy to avoid office conflicts. Uploading the time to my payroll program is easy. I like being able to see where an employee is when they clock in. **What do you dislike about OnTheClock Employee Time Clock?** -I would like to run a total hours breakdown by an employee and be able to select the date range. It would need to show the dates and hours and the total for each catagory. -I find it annoying that each day is called a "Time Card". I would like to be able to run a report for an employee that shows more than one pay period and the approvals for each.
