## OnSecurity Reviews
 ### 1. Comprehensive Security Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2023

**What do you like best about OnSecurity?**

The security review was done promptly and as fast as could be expected. It was comprehensive in scope, covering every imaginable aspect. The testers considered the unique challenges posed by our system and verified all obvious and less obvious attack vectors. We are confident that our system is in a good place security-wise, since the review was thorough. The booking, re-testing, and administrative processes were painless.

**What do you dislike about OnSecurity?**

Small things: it would be good to be able to enlrage the comments section of the pen test screen and maybe to add a custom integration so we could see the comments in our internal chat system (not Slack).

**What problems is OnSecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They provide 3rd party independent pen testing

 ### 2. Quick, easy & reliable for startups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2023

**What do you like best about OnSecurity?**

Trusted: They're CREST approved, so you know you're in safe hands.
Simple online booking: Instant quotes, easy to book and pay. No drawn out sales calls.
Friendly folks: Talking with the testers was a breeze.
Solid testing: Felt like they worked through all of the targets systematically as I could see them in our logs.
Clear Reports: Got a detailed report with clear fixes for any problems.

**What do you dislike about OnSecurity?**

Nothing major, the portal can be a little confusing between payments, scheduled tests and real tests but nothing that can't be figured out with a bit of persistence.

**What problems is OnSecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fast, easy to schedule and straight forward pricing for robust CREST approved penetration testing. We need to show compliance and be confident that our systems are secure and OnSecurity does that for us.

 ### 3. Fantastic innovation in Penetration Testing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Willis M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2023

**What do you like best about OnSecurity?**

The experience that onsecurity has created goes beyond normal pen testing expectations. Having a managed web interface through which all aspects of the setup, booking, testing and retesting of the pen test can be managed is a paradigm shift in the management of pen testing. Before using onsecurity, pen testing was a laborious process from a management perspective and required a lot of time and effort from our staff. And that's just project managing the pen test, not even the test itself. Now we book a test through the web app, upload all the details of the test target and what we want to be tested, and just wait for the results and findings to start coming in. Communication with the pen tester is also seamless and handled by the app, so we can fix findings and have then retested as they are found. This avoids a lengthy retesting process after the testing and improves the overall accuracy of the final report.

**What do you dislike about OnSecurity?**

We have not come across any downsides so far. Thankfully onsecurity are always happy to receive feedback from us and constantly improving the product to make things even easier.

**What problems is OnSecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need pen testing done promptly with as little management on our side as possible. Working with other pen testing companies in the past has involved a lot of project management time on our side. This means that we can do more frequent testing with less effort.

 ### 4. Recent Pen Test

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2023

**What do you like best about OnSecurity?**

I thought the app and design of the app was really easy to navigate and use. The notification emails on a regular basis meant it was easy for me to know when an update had happeneed and by clicking the link taking me straight into the report and feedback. Really slick and well thought out.

**What do you dislike about OnSecurity?**

Pen test overall are not cheap I think the model invoices in hours to test the app. I feel it does make you question how long is actually spent on testing the app. Only reason being you seemed to get flurries of activites which would indicate when someone had tested the site. Potential solution would be to drip feed the notifcations back to customer, I feel with that approach I would have less doubt if the test was being carried out for the full 56 hours.

**What problems is OnSecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps the business evidence to potential customers that our platform is safe and secure. It provides reassurance to management and the engineering team that what they have built is safe for customers and personal information

 ### 5. Excellent service by the OnSecurity team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2023

**What do you like best about OnSecurity?**

Using OnSecurity's portal to track live updates made rectifying changes simple and easy to deliver. The OnSecurity team was responsive and contactable at all times, ready to provide advice and support where required. Deliverables were provided when expected and with total transparency.

**What do you dislike about OnSecurity?**

Nothing to note. I would 100% use OnSecurity again, and would recommend to others.

**What problems is OnSecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of implementation of the pen testing process. Transparent reporting and process, including constant contact with the testers to answer queries as required.

 ### 6. Super straightforward and easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alan S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2023

**What do you like best about OnSecurity?**

Overall, I really enjoyed my experience with OnSecurity, but the key standout was the ease of use and process.

Very efficient start and set-up (no unnecessary forms, just a few questions answered over email and OnSecurity took care of the rest).

The testing process was clear, and they gave very easy-to-follow instructions to complete the pre-testing tasks.

Most importantly, testing was done without impacting business ops and assets. The whole process just worked and wasn't a burden on us.

Their report demonstrating findings was concise and easy to understand for non-technical people. Remediations and recommendations were also clear, making it easy for our dev team to action. Getting security issues re-tested was simple and quick.

In terms of price, they are very flexible and reasonable.

Generally really efficient, and overall a really good experience. Would happily recommend them.

**What do you dislike about OnSecurity?**

Nothing material that comes to mind. Some snags with getting our accounts set up, but those were very quickly resolved. The entire team is attentive and responsive to issues raised. Their pen testing service does exactly what it says on the tin.

**What problems is OnSecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pen-testing is vital for any software, but crucial for businesses like ours that handle sensitive data. Their pen tests helped us narrow down the weak points and close the gap to make the systems as resilient as possible against cyberattacks and malicious actors.

 ### 7. Extrememely efficient service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gareth M. | Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2023

**What do you like best about OnSecurity?**

I recently used the penetration test services from On Security, and I was highly impressed with the results.

Their team of experts who performed the test were thorough, professional, and knowledgeable, and they provided me with a detailed report of their findings.

The report was very well-written, with clear explanations of the vulnerabilities they found and practical recommendations for how to fix them.

The team also provided ongoing support to help us implement the recommendations and improve my organisation's security posture.

What I appreciated most about this penetration test service was the level of transparency and communication throughout the process. They kept us informed every step of the way, and I always felt I clearly understood what was happening.

I highly recommend this penetration test service to anyone looking to improve their organization's security.

With their expertise and commitment to excellence, they are sure to provide you with the insights and recommendations you need to keep your digital assets safe and secure.

**What do you dislike about OnSecurity?**

Very little. The service is speedy, cost-effective and produces good reports.

**What problems is OnSecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us improve our security posture and win new business.

 ### 8. Good value and good service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2023

**What do you like best about OnSecurity?**

Their customer service is very good. They have provided advice on technical support outside of the service that we had purchased.

**What do you dislike about OnSecurity?**

To be honest, I'm not sure what to answer here. Their service is very good and their pricing is reasonable.

**What problems is OnSecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Credibility is a key requirement for our application. Therefore our business requires a pentest every year. OnSecurity's high pen-testing standard and excellent customer service ensure that we don't need to worry about security to the same degree and we have a reliable partner to point us in the right direction.

 ### 9. Great Team & Innovative Portal for PEN Testing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2023

**What do you like best about OnSecurity?**

Everybody I worked with at OnSecurity were exceptionally helpful and really assisted us in delivering against our PEN testing requirements for the business. The portal was also really useful and great to be able to provision roles based access to certain reports based on a company hierarchy.

**What do you dislike about OnSecurity?**

Really can't fault the organisation or the people - there were no issues with the organisation or services provided.

**What problems is OnSecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Requirements from our investors and customers to conduct effective penetration testing on our internal services and platforms.

 ### 10. Good experience with the penetration testing of our platforms

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zeeshan K. | Head of Software & Data Engineering, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2023

**What do you like best about OnSecurity?**

Nice report. Good platform to keep all the communication at one place.

**What do you dislike about OnSecurity?**

In the latest round i was under the impression that for one of our platform they will do authenticated testing. However, I was told in the middle of the testing that it will be unauth. Any way it went fine.

Also, their policy of retesting within 7 days is not enough time to fix some of the security issues. I think they should provide more time like 90 days to fix and do 1 re-test per vulnerability free to re test.

**Recommendations to others considering OnSecurity:**

Good company & reasonable cost to perform the testing.

**What problems is OnSecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its good to ratify and identify the issues that our offerings may have. Its not only highlights and provide us opportunity to make our platform more secure but also it gives an extra confidence to our customers that a 3rd party evaluation had been done.

 ### 11. Pen-testing that keeps pace with businesses today

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris E. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2023

**What do you like best about OnSecurity?**

We stumbled across OnSecurity whilst looking for a pen-test supplier during the early days of incident.io, and they did an exceptional job of testing our app, providing feedback in real-time and wrapping up the process with a professional report. As we've grown, they've kept pace with our business and continue providing assurance on our security posture.

What sets them apart is how we work with them: the combination of shared Slack channels and their portal make for a pretty joyous experience.

These days, if someone mentions pen-testing I tell them not to bother wasting their time with anyone other than OnSecurity.

**What do you dislike about OnSecurity?**

There's honestly nothing that comes to mind.

**What problems is OnSecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pen-testing for our suite of web applications.

 ### 12. Efficient and thorough pen testing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2023

**What do you like best about OnSecurity?**

Good user dashboard. Detail pen test findings.

**What do you dislike about OnSecurity?**

Nothing so far. Very happy... i'm now just fillling to reach 24 characters. There! I did it.

**What problems is OnSecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Need for regular pen testing for compliance reasons.

 ### 13. Efficient pentesting

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom S. | Digital Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2023

**What do you like best about OnSecurity?**

The management dashboard and option to undertake retesting after remedial work.

**What do you dislike about OnSecurity?**

Incessant sales calls and barrage of sales emails.

**What problems is OnSecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fulfilling obligations of our insurer

**Official Response from Felix Habgood:**

> Hi Tom, thanks for the review.

We're really pleased to hear about the positive experience you had whilst using OnSecurity as your partner.

I also appreciate your feedback on the sales front. I understand sometimes this may seem like there is a number of emails or calls that come through, the reason for this is we like to ensure you have as much information about us when looking to choose your partner with maximum transparency.

Once again, appreciate the review and hope to work with you again soon!
Felix

 ### 14. PEN Testing for the 21st Century

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter H. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2022

**What do you like best about OnSecurity?**

There are several things we like about the OnSecurity service - it is easy to book/schedule the PEN test, the test execution is very transparent with results/suggestions being available to review within their testing portal, and we the report is comprehensive allowing us to fix any issues that have been raised. Further, they regularly send out newsletters, issue blog posts, or LinkedIn post that highlight and educate Cyber Security - so we are actively learning and improving in this area.

**What do you dislike about OnSecurity?**

I do not have any areas or suggestions for improvement. We are 100% satisfied with the service provided by Onsecurity.

**Recommendations to others considering OnSecurity:**

I would have a look at there website to get an impression of the services they provide and then jump on a call with a member of their friendly team.

**What problems is OnSecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been using OnSecurity to PEN test our web applications since 2020. This is important for us as we provide SaaS applications to a number of public and private orgnisations in the UK.

 ### 15. Disruptive security testing approach!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2023

**What do you like best about OnSecurity?**

The perfect combo of providing a custom service but without all the millions of sheets to fill in

**What do you dislike about OnSecurity?**

Nothing at all..........................

**What problems is OnSecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do not have the expertise in-house to conduct security testing and reviews so they provide us that annually and on ad-hoc projects

 ### 16. Does the job, and excellent service

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2023

**What do you like best about OnSecurity?**

OnSecurity is very good in terms of service. I always had the flexibility and quick response time I needed, much better than other services I used before.

I also appreciate that they support multiple cybersecurity topics, from pen testing to vulnerability scans.

**What do you dislike about OnSecurity?**

Their SaaS product could probably be better in terms of UX.

**What problems is OnSecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OnDemand penetration testing helps us detect security issues with the software we build in a very efficient way.

 ### 17. beyond Impressed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** andrew b. | Security specialist - Ethical Hacker, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2022

**What do you like best about OnSecurity?**

The portal is very comprehensive and very easy to use. But if you need to talk to the guys and walk them through your scope, their professionalism and their knowledge shines through, giving you confidence.

**What do you dislike about OnSecurity?**

There is nothing that I dislike and I'm sure that will be the case as we pass more work to them

**Recommendations to others considering OnSecurity:**

Your first project with them, make it a face-to-face call, walk them through the product and ask them to scope it; you will immediately be put at ease with their extensive knowledge and professionalism.

**What problems is OnSecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For the past 8 years I've been looking for a Pen test company that would give me value for money and the feeling that our software has been fully tested and secure. I've been working with this company for only a year now, and I would not use anyone else; they have found issues that two big-name companies have missed; when you have a scoping call with their team, you know that your software will be manually tested and not just put through a tool as they answer your questions with what you expect to hear.

 ### 18. Great interactive security test experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2023

**What do you like best about OnSecurity?**

Real-time updates, and interactivity. These two things made it a valuable learning experience, and one with immediate impact on the way we approach things. Rather than testing leading to a bunch of backlog items, what we experienced was help hardening our infrastructure as we went through the process.

**What do you dislike about OnSecurity?**

I don't have anything to criticise. The testing was thorough, the results were meaningful and actionable, and we could enter into dialogue with the test team. The price was extremely reasonable.

**Recommendations to others considering OnSecurity:**

Use them! If you're not sure, then talk to them first.

**What problems is OnSecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transparent approach to security testing, with real-time access to findings and direct message exchange with those doing the testing. We were able to close out all findings during the test as a result, and receive a clean report. Costs were also transparent, and very reasonable.

 ### 19. Effective penetration test

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ferruccio B. | CTO & Co-founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2022

**What do you like best about OnSecurity?**

The findings in the report were scored in a very reasonable way. This helps our customers understand exactly what could be the possible impact of some of the findings. They also allow free re-testing during the testing period, which motivated us to fix the findings as quickly as possible.

**What do you dislike about OnSecurity?**

There aren't any down sides I can think of. Great experience!

**Recommendations to others considering OnSecurity:**

Make sure you scope correctly and detail the vectors for attack into your platform. If you scope everything correctly the findings, if any, will be more relevant

**What problems is OnSecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to ensure our customers that we take security seriously and were looking for an external partner to help us guarantee that!

We asked around and got a couple of referrals recommending OnSecurity and decided to give it a go.

 ### 20. OnSecurity is a great company, and I highly recommend them.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cillian S. | Information Security Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about OnSecurity?**

Friendly staff, qualified pen testers and a great user portal that makes scheduling pen tests streamlined and hassle-free. OnSecurity our attuned to the company's needs and has demonstrated flexibility around the scheduling of pen tests which I have not encountered with other service providers.

**What do you dislike about OnSecurity?**

There are no downsides that come to mind.

**Recommendations to others considering OnSecurity:**

I strongly recommend going with OnSecurity as a pen test service provider based on current and past experiences.

**What problems is OnSecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OnSecurity has been the company's pen test service provider for over two years. The company has many product offerings within the scope of PCI DSS and ISO 27001. OnSecurity's pen testing of these products has ensured we keep these products protected, and the pen test reports have met external audit requirements.

 ### 21. Used for the 2nd time and received 1st rate service yet again!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luke Ashworth P. | Protection Geek In Residence 🤓, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2022

**What do you like best about OnSecurity?**

Their online tracking and communication system. So simple to understand, and also for the team at our end to have access to and communication with relevant parties at their end.

**What do you dislike about OnSecurity?**

Nothing to report here. In fact only writing more because this review system makes me write something. Perhaps the G2 review system needs to accomodate that. Only fault I can find! 😂

**Recommendations to others considering OnSecurity:**

Use OnSecurity!

**What problems is OnSecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Despite the aim of a penetration test, the world of finding the right provider seems to be quite a murky world. We're a boot-strapped SAAS so getting absolutely the best bang for our buck is critical. But at the same time security is absolutely paramout. It's the one time where we can't have price affect quality of delivery.

For the 2nd time running the team at OnSecurity have been fantastic. First of all a fair, balanced approach to planning the job. Then first rate spotting of the areas we need to improve and communication of detail on those issues. Their team have each been spot on with their responses, and they have delivered absolutely to time and as promised again.

Would hesitate to recommend!

 ### 22. An approachable team with a great testing feedback interface.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2022

**What do you like best about OnSecurity?**

Free retesting is a considerable bonus and part of why we went with OnSecurity. The testing software they provide to clients provides instant feedback on passed and failed tests. This enables developers to provide solutions instantly and retest in a very short time frame.

**What do you dislike about OnSecurity?**

All failed tests appear on a report. In a situation when testing is performed against a staging server before being deployed to production it would be advantageous to the client if failed tests that have subsequently been fixed before production could be removed from a report. To anyone requesting a report and reading it (often not familiar with web security) all they will see are the failed tests rather than a report for a product that is now secure. Indeed if we were asked to show a report to a client we would not be able to use OnSecurity for this reason.

**What problems is OnSecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OnSecurity is helping us Pen Test our web application in a time-efficient manner which offers good value for money.

 ### 23. Thorough, Price efficient and well communicated

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about OnSecurity?**

We love the fact that we can create shared slack channels with them to allow them to communicate with our team more effectively, and therefore increase the level of test coverage they can apply.

**What do you dislike about OnSecurity?**

In our industry, we often have to share the findings of these tests with clients. It would be good if there is a medium in which we can do this automatically through their portal, rather than producing a consolidated report by hand.

**Recommendations to others considering OnSecurity:**

In terms of cost-effectiveness, we are yet to find another provider which meets our criterion as much as OnSecurity.

**What problems is OnSecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onsecurity has been our security provider for the last two years now, and we are very happy with the cover they provide us. They have taken the time to learn our system and understand how it works, giving us a deeper level of testing.

 ### 24. Really helpful, accomodating and knowledgable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam M. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2022

**What do you like best about OnSecurity?**

Every finding is documented using their online portal and we are notified immediately. This means that our dev team can start addressing issues as soon as possible and request a re-test as soon as the issue has been resolved.
Each finding identifies a specific item, how to replicate the test so you can see for yourself, and instructions, guidance and/or links to official documentation about how to resolve the item. This makes implementing any changes easy and often a superb learning experience.

**What do you dislike about OnSecurity?**

I do not have any dislikes about OnSecurity. Just get your test booked in advance to ensure it can take place when you wish.

**Recommendations to others considering OnSecurity:**

The really helpful team across the board makes it easy for your tech team to be made aware of security enhancements, and how to implement them.

**What problems is OnSecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OnSecurity provides Penetration testing on our software, servers and infrastructure.
Just completed our second annual test with OnSecurity and find their service invaluable.
There are so many aspects to ensuring a secure system and OnSecurity provides expertise and knowledge to enable us to achieve this with our applications without having the full scope of their capabilities in-house.

 ### 25. A nice product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about OnSecurity?**

simple monthly payment based on what you need with good customer support.

**What do you dislike about OnSecurity?**

It can get expensive if you have a large attack surface

**What problems is OnSecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

gives me peace of mind that we are staying abreast of the continuous chalenge of cyber security

 ### 26. PenTest

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sascha B. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2023

**What do you like best about OnSecurity?**

Lots of solid advice and very responsive. Platform to identify findings and retest / communicate was very effective. Easy to rebook.

**What do you dislike about OnSecurity?**

They were great to work with. Should good flexiblity too.

**Recommendations to others considering OnSecurity:**

Go for it.

**What problems is OnSecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We asked OnSecurity to undertake a PenTest for us. They were brilliant from start to finish. Lots of solid advice and very responsive. Would use again for our PenTesting.

 ### 27. An easy to use Penetration service, considerably cheaper than other organisations.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick T. | IT Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2022

**What do you like best about OnSecurity?**

It has to be the web portal that provides the latest information on the current penetration process and the results of historic penetration tests.

**What do you dislike about OnSecurity?**

It appears that Onsecurity is gaining more popularity, and now it takes slightly longer to get tests booked. It was a couple of days initially and is now a couple of weeks.

**Recommendations to others considering OnSecurity:**

Reasonably priced penetration testing and complete visibility to current and historic tests via an easy to use web portal.

**What problems is OnSecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

General software and security vulnerabilities are typically cloud-based. Testing staff are knowledgeable and provide technical solutions for remediating problems.

 ### 28. Excellent service from start to finish

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Majid H. | Tech Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about OnSecurity?**

The communication with the team is great and the output from the pen test reports is high quality with relevant remediation guidance.

**What do you dislike about OnSecurity?**

Honestly, we don't have anything that we would dislike and hope it stays this way moving forwards.

**Recommendations to others considering OnSecurity:**

Get in touch with them and I'm sure they'll provide you with everything you need at an affordable rate.

**What problems is OnSecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Regular penetration tests of our learning management system and custom integrations allow us to be on top of any security risks.

 ### 29. Pen-testing the way it should be done.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about OnSecurity?**
