What do you dislike about Online Rewards?

Unfortunately the program would allow members to forward gift certificates to people, but if they typed the wrong address, then there were issues. Also didn't like that the gift cards were emailed to people instead of them just logging into the portal to download them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
