You can create a catalog unique to your needs. Whether its for employees, or customers. I also like that the rewards range from egiftcards to travel perks. Plus they have been around for like 20 years and have had time to really work out any kinks. **What do you dislike about Online Rewards?** I was hesitant at first because these incentive programs usually work for larger scale companies. But with how customizable this one is, smaller companies are able to set up a design as well. I dont know the price point as I dont see the prices. **What problems is Online Rewards solving and how is that benefiting you?** Employees are happy to receive a reward for doing well, or even for their birthday or special occasion. We used to offer the birthday off (or another day paid) but most wanted to be here for cake so we found this reward program and decided to try it. Also didn't like that the gift cards were emailed to people instead of them just logging into the portal to download them. **What problems is Online Rewards solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allowed us to easily reward our employees for excellent work. It was easy for many of our employees to use who were not technically-savvy.
