**Describe the project or task Onilab helped with:**

We've worked with Onilab for around 2-3 years and they've worked on many different projects which include highly customised programming for our personalisation software. Currently, they're rebuilding our store to run on M2, which is a huge project but one I am very confident that they can do.

**What do you like best about Onilab?**

We get to work directly with highly proficient developers who do incredible work. They have been the best programmers that we've ever come across and are far more affordable than other firms that we've worked with. We can contact them whenever we run into any issues and they're always there to help fix the problem.

**What do you dislike about Onilab?**

I don't love the fact that they're in a completely different timezone, but it's rarely an issue. Sometimes there can be a bit of a miscommunication, but again this doesn't happen very often. 

**Recommendations to others considering Onilab:**

They do amazing work and I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a partner who will help you with complex e-commerce projects. Anything you can dream of they can most likely do.

**What problems is Onilab solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we first started with them our e-commerce site was full of bugs. They have completely sorted out all of the issues and now we rarely have any problems. They have also built a heap of amazing new features, and we can't wait to get our new M2 site up next year.

**Describe the project or task Onilab helped with:**

Onilab was responsible for designing and implementing the catalog of a new e-commerce website. They also helped to frame the actual architecture of the site, such as the method of collecting data and other important business tools. 

**What do you like best about Onilab?**

In general, we liked Onilab. Help solve architectural problems, catalog. It is quite intuitive and easy to use with the right knowledge even if basic. It has an excellent support that helps quickly and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Onilab?**

Onilab we liked and little negative I can comment. However the most negative point are the prices, somewhat high for my taste and especially considering that there are much cheaper alternatives.
