Best integration with backend delivery. I use amazon SES and open rates by far the best and most accurate. No false positive results. By far the best segmentation I’ve seen. So customizable that I’ve been with Ongage for 4 years now and haven’t even explored at least half of it. Really nice to get customer support promptly and from knowledgeable staff. **What do you dislike about Ongage?** A bit pricey for most people starting at $499 or I’d have had a hundred referrals by now instead of a handful **Recommendations to others considering Ongage:** Even if you cannot take full advantage of the minimal usage levels. the ROI would still probably be well worth it. Combined with Amazon SES on the delivery side you will be amazed at the results. We use many interactive elements in our emails which give us a true indication of the delivery. Many ESP's will return excessively high open rates that are simply not true. **What problems is Ongage solving and how is that benefiting you?** Great customer service. No issues and extremely helpful when I need assistance. Last issue was that I needed a default email merge text for blank fields and couldn’t figure out how to do it. The flexibility of delivering through several ESP / IP based on our own rules and preferences. If you are in the emailing business then you know that no one single ESP will always have best deliver-ability, being able to direct traffic to our ESP of choice allows us to send traffic to the best performing ESP without having to move, migrate and change the lists in any way. Prior to Ongage if we were unhappy with an ESP's deilverability it meant signing up with a new ESP and, exporting, re-importing the lists, and suffering lengthy onboarding process. With Ongage we maintain several ESP accounts so we are always warming IP's and ready to redirect traffic on a moments notice, literally with the flick of a switch. Additionally, some ESP's can be very sensitive about list quality, with Ongage it's very easy to setup several ESP's and direct traffic to one or the other depending on list quality. As an example we use a more lenient ESP to re-engage older leads, and move them over to another ESP once they are engaged. To do this we simply create 1 segment for un-engaged and 1 segment for engaged and tell Ongage which ESP to use.. We set it up one and it's set and forget. **What do you dislike about Ongage?** Some of the 1st time setup for new ESP's can be a bit cumbersome, but manageable. One it's done you don't really have to worry about it. **What problems is Ongage solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to manage several lists under one roof, which means if an IP or ESP needs to be changed, it does not impact our list management. Additionally, for more advanced targeting or creating custom events and campaigns/lists to meet the needs of a business, the Ongage Support and Help areas are extremely useful and easy to search. **What do you dislike about Ongage?** I really don't have much in the way of downsides, perhaps just "wishes" of sorts. The snapshot report has a delay on it, I would like to know what is bouncing in real-time, this way I can know if I should stop the campaign or continue it. Also, I would like to be able to send my 'snapshot report' to my boss. But there is no feature to send the campaign report to anyone. The only way I can show my boss the stats is to screenshot the results on the campaigns he wants statistics on.
