The way we set up our Ongage account is with multiple lists, one for each country, and per list multiple connections with a couple of SMTP providers. This set up is ideal for us. It allows us to re-route emails through other SMTP connections in case of potential deliverability issues on a certain IP address(es) for a particular receiving domain e.g. Hotmail. And with the in-depth analytics and domain routing possibilities, we can optimize delivery per receiving domain, based on delivery perfomrance per connection, resulting in thousands of more opens and clicks every month. **What do you dislike about Ongage?** Although it is on the development road map, there is no heat map functionality yet, where you can easily see where receivers click in the email.
