**What do you like best about Ongage?**

I like Ongage for campaign management, as it provides faster turnaround for sending custom emails to a large number of people. I appreciate Ongage's great customer support and product features, particularly the extensive analytics and automation. The analytics help by providing metrics of the campaign and assist in designing future communications with clients. The automation is valuable as it helps avoid manual work. The initial setup of Ongage was easy, thanks to enough documentation and support.

I think Ongage could improve by providing yearly plans with a discount.

I use Ongage for campaign management. It allows faster turnaround for sending custom emails to many people. Extensive analytics and automation help provide campaign metrics and reduce manual work, aiding in designing future communications with clients.

**What do you like best about Ongage?**

The interface is very intuitive, and as a new user I was able to get the hang of it pretty quickly. I also appreciate the built-in parameters that help prevent accidental large send-outs.

**What do you dislike about Ongage?**

Loading times can be a bit frustrating, especially when I’m creating or launching campaigns. It may be an isolated issue, but it does break the flow sometimes.

**What problems is Ongage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ongage helps us send campaigns without overcomplicating things. It works well for what we need, and I haven’t encountered any major problems so far.

**What do you like best about Ongage?**

I like this platform because of following features:
1. Ongage is easy to use as it omits the error of duplication of contact by simply showing in failed status if some contact is duplicated imported by mistake.
 2. Ongage is easy to implement.
3. Great customer support available who resolve the issue quickly if you struct somewhere.
4. I use this platform daily to send automated emails.

**What do you dislike about Ongage?**

The only thing I do not like about this platform is pricing which is way above my budget. But they offered email volume of 1 million so pricing might be justified.

Ongage provides segmentation which allows to segment list subscribers to different categories of campaign; which increases the result by 3X.

Ongage has been integral to our business for the past three years, especially because of their outstanding customer support team—their patience and responsiveness set them apart from other platforms we’ve used. The feature set is incredibly broad; whether automating campaigns, segmenting audiences, or connecting to any SMTP provider, the platform has all bases covered. The ability to suggest new features and see rapid implementation shows how closely Ongage listens to its users and how quickly their team adapts to real user needs, ensuring the platform remains flexible and future-proof.

Honestly, we haven’t encountered any significant negatives in our usage. Ongage’s reliability, scalability, flexibility, and highly responsive support have consistently exceeded our expectations.

UI is intuitive - everything labeled/grouped where I need them to be.

Customizations - emails can be customized easily to suit different projects and demographics/filters

Customer support - response times are quick and solutions provided are relevant.

**What do you dislike about Ongage?**

Loading times - while reports typically have long production times especially when large amounts of data are entered, there's an opportunity to improve here; also, for the email portion, loading times when transitioning from the design page to the segment page can be longer than expected.

Buggy - at times, changes made to the design portion of the email don't take effect after moving to the segment page; manual saves on the design page is still best practice to avoid this.

**What problems is Ongage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ongage is most definitely a competitive tool when it comes to email marketing. Email deliverability, among other metrics/data that Ongage provide prove crucial to our business operations. The reliability of the reports/data we garner per campaign is a must-have for us.

Basically, the data we're provided allows us to optimize email campaigns that we manage, in order to effectively convert emails into leads/sales.

Ongage is very user-friendly. If I ever have an issue I can contact Ongage support and they get back to me almost right away.

I wish there was more segmentations available. I would like to segment based on state or zip code.

**What do you like best about Ongage?**

We are a high volume sender and we use Ongage to send all our commercial emails to over 10 countries in Europe. The way we set up our Ongage account is with multiple lists, one for each country, and per list multiple connections with a couple of SMTP providers. 

This set up is ideal for us. It allows us to re-route emails through other SMTP connections in case of potential deliverability issues on a certain IP address(es) for a particular receiving domain e.g. Hotmail. And with the in-depth analytics and domain routing possibilities, we can optimize delivery per receiving domain, based on delivery perfomrance per connection, resulting in thousands of more opens and clicks every month.

**What do you dislike about Ongage?**

Although it is on the development road map, there is no heat map functionality yet, where you can easily see where receivers click in the email. The way to get these stats now is to make an export in csv.

Ongage optimizes our overall deliverabity, and maximizes our results.

With the help of the Ongage team, I am able to segment my email list and customize the campaigns. I found the drag and drop interface very useful for designing beautiful templates for the emails and the follow-up automations ideal for me.

**What do you dislike about Ongage?**

I have not been able to monitor unique link opens within the mailings from one campaign to the other. This makes it hard for a firm to comprehend the extent to which consumers in varied demographic groups respond to certain content.

I have found positive results through using Ongage in my email marketing. The segmentation and automation features help me send very refined campaigns that in turn attract more engagement.

1. The segment tool is so powerful in being able to specify send sizes as well for reporting purposes.

2. The analytics/at a glance are helpful and can be customized.

3. The staff have been responsive and while there isn't an immediate chat support or call line, the ticket system responds quickly and resolves (most) issues.

**What do you dislike about Ongage?**

1. Feature parity between the front end and the api are a bit inconsistent.

2. Not being able to set a default setting for exports (ie column and check box defaults)

I brought up how the automations/events are limited in scope and what they can/cannot do and recently they showcased their new automation tool that handles all complaints.

I am not the biggest fan of their UI and UX. It's functional at least.

Ongage team made the onboarding really easy: detailed documentation, absolutely outstanding support. Company listens to the client's business needs and is ready to extend the platform to accomodate the requirements.
Another positive factor: Ongage is also a constructor. It provides very flexible and well-thought APIs that help to integrate different workflows.

Not much, cannot think about anything in particular. There are a few areas that could be improved, though nothing really outstanding.

Ongage is a super easy platform for email marketing. It has everything you need for email marketing like audience segmentation, detailed reports, and automatic rules for sending emails to make your work easier. With good customer support, one can easily fulfill his marketing goals by using Ongage.

For me, Ongage is best. I cannot dislike anything on it.

Ongage is a great option is you want the flexibility to be able to to configure your email automation exactly how you want it.  Never hit something that I wanted to do that the platform could not do.  Great customer service too!

I really haven't hit a problem yet.  Every time I ask it a question the answer is "yes"

Ongage was built for email marketers.  Its flexibility, features and reporting pretty much allow you to do anything you want.  I haven't seen another platform like it.

Some features are priced additionally to the core offerings.

It serves as the front end platform for ESPs that either don't have one or that have very weak features.

Being able to save templates, email lists, etc., makes it quite simple to build newsletters for ongoing campaigns and similar content to reach the optimal portion of our audience.

There are some fussy issues when it comes to formatting text and finding various tools that make seemingly simple tasks a little more time consuming than they should be.

I personally like ongage autoresponder rules/ segmentation it can be more improved but which is there is good to use. we can make multiple different scenerios.

Nothing much but I would love to see more improvements. like customer flow/ customer who we send and does not open can exclude. more engagement factors segmentaion.

Ongage capacity is very good to handle large list & users without any lag. we can maintain 6 month data base. opener/ clicker segments,A/B split test between contents & different esp is very easy.

We have been using Ongage for over 3 years now, it is an incredible piece of software and the customer success and support teams are second to none which is critical in our industry. We use it daily and have the confidence that it is running seamlessly in the background 24/7 when the office is unattended.

Easy setup and integration with multiple vendors. The database management is fantastic and robust analytics allow us to dive deep into campaign metrics and optimize everything we can for our clients. Tech support is extremely efficient and helpful and are always willing to listen to ideas for any new features.

Michal the head of customer success always goes out of her way to keep us happy and help our business keep growing.

The analytics that Ongage has are less advanced than what we were hoping for. I would like to see individual analytics expanded to include more details about that persons interactions.

**What do you like best about Ongage?**

What I like best Ongage is that it has the best backend distribution integration. Open rates are by far the best and most accurate when I utilize Amazon SES. There were no false positives. By far the most effective segmentation I've ever seen. I've been with Ongage for four years and haven't even scratched the surface of what's possible. It's great to have timely and knowledgeable customer service. It is a terrific ally when it comes to conducting my email marketing campaigns because it has such a principle to handle and traverse, as well as a large range of integrations that are highly effective in utilizing all of the system's capabilities. The customer support team is pretty efficient when it comes to addressing any problem that may arise, and the UI is fairly sleek and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Ongage?**

What I dislike about Ongage is that starting at a price of $499, it's a tad bit expensive for most people, otherwise I'd have had a hundred recommendations now instead of a few. Other than that, I do not have any concerns or dislikes in regards to this software.

**Recommendations to others considering Ongage:**

Even if you are unable to fully utilize the basic consumption limits. Even so, the return on investment would almost certainly be worthwhile. The results will astound you when coupled with Amazon SES on the delivery side. We employ a lot of interactive components in our emails, which gives us a good idea of how well they are delivered. Many ESPs will give you ludicrously high open rates that aren't accurate.

I've been utilizing Ongage to run my email marketing campaigns in a much more easy, useful, and efficient manner, allowing me to program all of the duties that I need to complete in a fairly automatic manner, allowing me to quickly broaden the definition of my business.
