We are a high volume sender and we use Ongage to send all our commercial emails to over 10 countries in Europe. The way we set up our Ongage account is with multiple lists, one for each country, and per list multiple connections with a couple of SMTP providers. This set up is ideal for us. It allows us to re-route emails through other SMTP connections in case of potential deliverability issues on a certain IP address(es) for a particular receiving domain e.g. Hotmail. And with the in-depth analytics and domain routing possibilities, we can optimize delivery per receiving domain, based on delivery perfomrance per connection, resulting in thousands of more opens and clicks every month. Although it is on the development road map, there is no heat map functionality yet, where you can easily see where receivers click in the email. With the help of the Ongage team, I am able to segment my email list and customize the campaigns. What do you dislike about Ongage? I have not been able to monitor unique link opens within the mailings from one campaign to the other. The segment tool is so powerful in being able to specify send sizes as well for reporting purposes. 2. The analytics/at a glance are helpful and can be customized. 3. What do you dislike about Ongage? 1. Feature parity between the front end and the api are a bit inconsistent. 2.
