It can be easily configured also by non-it people. It manages all different sales channels (direct, partners, agents, etc). Finally, it also provides a robust API set so it can be also customized by systems integrators such as Aubay. What I like best is the simplicity of the backend. I also like that there is an extensive knowledge base, so if I have any questions, I can usually find them myself. I also enjoy the reporting and overview, how I can see all payments and look at the bigger picture. It's also nice to have all of our products/services right inside OneBill, so it's straightforward to add them onto an existing customer's billing or select them to add to a new customer's billing. It can get a bit confusing if you are trying to add complex relationships (i.e., one-time specific percentage payments to partners or high-level partners that have agents underneath them, or keeping track of internal commissions). Sometimes we have a hard time understanding their support team because they outsource some of their support, but at least they are responsive and ready to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering OneBill: I would recommend using OneBill, especially if you are a smaller company. It's a great way to stay organized if you have a smaller internal accounting team and offer subscription-based payments to your customers. I would also recommend it if you have any agents/partners that sell your solution because it is easy to keep track of payments sent to them (accrediting commission, etc.) and when their customers have paid. It's great for companies that have channel-based partnerships, and you can even adjust billing for specific companies to co-brand with the partners you have. If you offer white-label selling, you can utilize it for those purposes as well - we do not use it for these purposes, so I cannot speak to its ability or ease of use. It's a simple platform that keeps all of our customer accounting/payments within one space. We can also add our agents to the deals to credit them for their 20% commission. We are using OneBill for our simple billing, invoicing, and taxation purposes. OneBill is a very sophisticated platform for all our existing needs and future needs. We chose OneBill for its scalability with a lot of additional features that can be added at any time while we are growing as a business. After two years of using OneBill, we are now looking for partner management and commissioning, which OneBill already has. So, we no need to go to another platform for this. We are with OneBill for two years now and it's been a pleasure working with them. Currently, we're only using their subscription billing, but we are fond of Onebill for its scalability and flexibility. OneBill is packed with many features that allow scaling at any time with flexible billing methods, creating bundles, charging customers with various currencies based on their location, etc. Their customer support is very knowledgeable, quick, and responsive. Given the fact, OneBill becomes a little complicated for implementing simple subscriptions for online magazines like us.
