"Powerful Segmentation Keeps Tenants and Prospects in the Loop"
5/5
What do you like best about Omnisend?

I have to be upfront that Omnisend is definitely designed for e-commerce businesses, not property management, but I've found some surprising ways to make it work at Prestige Property Group. My main headache was keeping tenants and prospects updated across our residential and commercial properties without using multiple systems or sending generic messages to everyone. The segmentation features have been genuinely useful for organizing our contacts by property type, location, and lease status. We've been able to create segments for residential tenants, commercial tenants, and prospective renters separately so each group gets relevant updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Omnisend?

The biggest issue is that Omnisend just wasn't built for what we do. It's missing core functionality that a property management business would need. For example, conditional content works well for e-commerce but the logic is tied to customer behavior and purchase history, not lease dates or maintenance requests. "Omnisend Streamlined Our Client Communications with Fast, Powerful Automation"
5/5
What do you like best about Omnisend?

What really stands out for me is the workflow efficiency. I’m responsible for making sure our client experience is top-notch and that our operations are compliant and efficient. Omnisend helps us pull that off without a lot of the typical headaches. It’s like this platform was designed with the understanding that we have a business to run. The automation features are powerful, but they’re not complicated. We got our cart abandonment and welcome sequences up in minutes, which was a relief because I didn't have to pull someone off their core duties to figure it out. It takes the manual guesswork out of maintaining client communications, which in turn helps me keep our team focused on client advisory work, not wrestling with a clunky marketing system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Omnisend?

If I have to point out a drawback, it's that the platform is heavily optimized for e-commerce. That's its bread and butter, and it’s fantastic at it. But for us in financial services, we can't always use the "shoppable" templates or certain e-commerce-centric features as directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Matija Lesko of Omnisend

Powerful automation that doesn't slow your team down is exactly the balance we aim for, so it's great to hear it's delivering that in practice. Your point about the e-commerce focus is fair - it's a real consideration for teams outside retail, and that kind of context helps. Really glad Omnisend has brought more structure and consistency to your client communications overall.

"Straightforward Marketing Platform That Gets Campaigns Out Fast"
5/5
What do you like best about Omnisend?

What stands out most to me is how straightforward this platform is to use. There’s no fluff, and we didn’t have to deal with a steep learning curve, which was a huge relief. Since we’re a small team, we simply don’t have time to spend hours trying to figure out complicated marketing software. With this, we can get our campaigns out the door quickly and keep moving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Omnisend?

It’s not difficult; I just wish the segment builder were a bit more forgiving, or that it offered more pre-set templates to start from. It’s a minor issue, but it’s the only part where I consistently find myself spending more time than I’d like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Matija Lesko of Omnisend

Speed and simplicity matter a lot when you're running a lean team, and it's great to hear Omnisend is delivering on both. Automating the repetitive stuff so you can stay focused on retail partnerships and actual business growth is exactly the kind of value it's built for. The segment builder feedback is noted and appreciated. Thanks for sharing!

"Omnisend’s Transparent Analytics and Segmentation Are a Game-Changer"
5/5
What do you like best about Omnisend?

Omnisend has genuinely surprised me with how transparent it is. The depth of the reporting and segmentation has been a game-changer. My main role is to ensure the campaigns I manage are efficient, and Omnisend’s analytics allow me to pinpoint exactly which customer segments are driving the most value. For example, the ability to build segments based on specific on-site behavior means I can see beyond just the "open rate" and look at the actual purchase data. It helps me build reports that cut through the fluff and show real bottom-line impact, which my clients love. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Omnisend?

While the segmentation is powerful, I will say the interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first. There are a lot of features, and while it's great that they are all there, the initial learning curve to find exactly where everything is located can take a few days of clicking around. It’s not difficult, but it’s not quite as "plug and play" as some of the simpler email tools I’ve used in the past. A slightly more streamlined dashboard would be helpful for getting to the advanced reports even faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Matija Lesko of Omnisend

Glad the analytics and segmentation are delivering real clarity, especially when it comes to showing clients what's actually driving results. That kind of bottom-line visibility is what Omnisend is built around. Your note on the initial learning curve is fair and useful feedback. Appreciate you taking the time to write such an honest and detailed review!

"Omnisend Workflows That Just Work: Effortless Email + SMS Automation"
5/5
What do you like best about Omnisend?

Coming from the lending side of a credit union, my background is in compliance and member services, not in marketing, so I need a platform that just works without a ton of hand-holding. Omnisend has been "boring" in the best way possible. We set up the welcome series and cart abandonment workflows in what felt like minutes, and they’ve been running on autopilot ever since. The ability to combine email and SMS in one single workflow has also been a game-changer. We serve a lot of members who prefer text updates, so being able to craft a unified message and schedule it across both channels from one screen is a huge time saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Omnisend?

I find the segmentation options a bit overwhelming at times. There are so many conditions and filters you can add that it can start to feel like I need to be a data scientist just to build the exact, hyper-specific segment I’m aiming for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Matija Lesko of Omnisend

"Boring in the best way" might be our favorite kind of compliment - it means everything is running smoothly and your team can focus on what matters. Really glad the combined email and SMS workflows have simplified things, especially coming from a more fragmented setup. Your note on segmentation complexity is fair and appreciated. Thanks for sharing your experience!

"Smooth Omnisend Setup That Got Our Email Automations Running Fast"
5/5
What do you like best about Omnisend?

We've been running Omnisend for about eight months now at APEX Computer Solution Co and honestly it's been a pretty smooth ride compared to some other marketing platforms I've dealt with over the years. Coming from an operations background I really appreciate how straightforward the setup process was. Got our email campaigns and automation workflows running within a couple days which is almost unheard of for a tool with this many features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Omnisend?

The reporting analytics could definitely be more robust. When I'm looking at campaign performance I sometimes find myself wanting more granular data than what's readily available out of the box. We've had to export data and do some manual analysis in Excel to get the kind of detailed insights our management team wants to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Matija Lesko of Omnisend

Really glad the setup was smooth and the automations have been pulling their weight. Redirecting team time toward strategy instead of repetitive tasks is a meaningful shift. Your point on reporting is fair - feedback like this helps us keep improving.

"All-in-One Messaging That Simplifies Email, SMS, and Push"
5/5
What do you like best about Omnisend?

The all-in-one approach is what initially caught my attention. You get email, SMS, and push notifications all in one platform. For our clients that means they do not have to pay for three separate tools and then try to figure out how to make them work together. The unified approach really simplifies things and that is something we value a lot at NexGen CRM Consulting because the less complexity we have to manage, the better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Omnisend?

The learning curve for some of the more advanced features is steeper than I would like. The basic stuff is easy to figure out but when you start getting into complex segmentation or building custom workflows, you might need to spend some time with the documentation or reach out to support. The support team is helpful but waiting for responses can slow down implementation timelines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Matija Lesko of Omnisend

Replacing three separate tools with one unified platform is a real win for your clients, both in cost and in complexity. Having a single source of truth for email, SMS, and push data makes segmentation and personalization genuinely more effective. Your feedback on the experience is appreciated and helps us keep improving.

"Game-Changing Automations That Recover Sales"
5/5
What do you like best about Omnisend?

The automation features have been the real game changer for us. We set up a welcome series for new customers who sign up on our website and it runs on its own without us having to think about it. The abandoned cart workflows are also great even though our sales cycle is a bit different since we sell to businesses, we still see people adding items to their cart and leaving and we have recovered several sales using these automations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Omnisend?

The SMS features are decent but we have had some issues with deliverability occasionally. Some of our customers did not receive text messages and it took a while to figure out why. It seems to be related to carrier restrictions but Omnisend could probably provide more transparency around what is happening when messages fail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Matija Lesko of Omnisend

Recovering sales that would've otherwise slipped through, while keeping customer communication consistent without manual effort - that's exactly what these automations are built for. It's also good to hear they're delivering results even with a B2B purchase flow, which doesn't always fit the typical ecommerce mold. We appreciate you sharing this!

"Omnisend Makes Email Campaigns and Segmentation Surprisingly Simple"
5/5
What do you like best about Omnisend?

After testing several marketing platforms for Freshcart, Omnisend turned out to be surprisingly straightforward for our needs. As someone who deals with supply chain logistics daily, I dont have hours to figure out complicated marketing software. The drag and drop email builder feels intuitive and I was able to create our first campaign in under an hour without any training. What really stands out is how well it handles our customer segmentation based on shopping behavior. We operate multiple warehouses and fulfillment centers across Malaysia, so being able to target different customer groups with personalized messaging has been valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Omnisend?

The reporting dashboard could be more detailed for someone like me who likes to track ROI metrics closely. I wanted to see more granular data about which specific products customers engage with in our campaigns, especially since we handle such a wide variety of grocery items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Matija Lesko of Omnisend

Getting your first campaign live in under an hour, without any training, is exactly the kind of experience we want for busy operators who aren't in marketing full time. Behavioral targeting and automated cart recovery are doing real work for Freshcart, and seeing measurable improvement in recovered sales is exactly what those workflows are designed for. Your point on deeper ROI and product-level reporting is well notedm that level of detail matters when you're managing such a wide product range.

"Accurate Segmentation and Intuitive Omnichannel Automation That Just Works"
5/5
What do you like best about Omnisend?

The segmentation actually works with real customer data, which surprised me coming from a data engineering background. Behavioral targeting and RFM analysis pull from actual purchase patterns and deliver useful insights. The email builder is intuitive enough that our marketing team doesn't need my help constantly. Having SMS and push notifications in one platform means cleaner data reporting and fewer integration points to manage. Pre-built automation workflows for cart abandonment were running in minutes and have been reliable without constant maintenance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Omnisend?

Advanced segmentation has a steeper learning curve than I'd like, creating complex segments requires trial and error. The documentation could be more detailed for deeper functionality. Reporting shows the essentials but I wish it offered more granular analytics options since I like to drill down into performance metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Matija Lesko of Omnisend

Coming from a data engineering background and still finding the segmentation genuinely useful - that's the kind of validation we really appreciate. Having email, SMS, and push in one place with clean data flows is exactly what Omnisend is built for, and it's great to hear the automation workflows are running reliably without extra upkeep. Your points on advanced segmentation complexity, documentation depth, and reporting granularity are all fair - these are areas we're actively investing in.
