We have been able to streamline most of the paperwork and reports in our office. Having one centralized place for all of different reports has made it easier to combine records and to ensure we are not losing any data that is important. The dispatch software that comes with it is also an added benefit that allows the dispatcher to keep track of ongoing incidents and saving the officers from having to search for information while in the field. This would be a great program if it would allow users to see other municipalities. It doesnt work well for that. The last time a few municipalities tried to make it work, it cost a bunch of money that they never refunded fully because it failed miserable. The downside is that Omnigo is not working with Smart Squad. This means our information cannot be transferred when we write a ticket with e-ticketing to send a copy to our Omnigo account, so we don't have to enter the ticket again.
